📋 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

✅ Free cancellation — until 28 April 2026
Full refund, no questions asked.

🔁 50 refund — until 15 May 2026
Half of payment refunded 50 retained as cancellation fee.

✅ Full redund — until 10 days before the event with insurance!
All payments non-refundable.

· All cancellation deadlines refer to the date of written notification via WhatsApp, Telegram or email.
· Refunds processed within 14 business days.
· The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event, in which case all participants receive a full refund.
· The organizer is not responsible for travel, external accommodation or visa costs.
