This an approval best Enrollment to the event, showing interes shouldn’t be considered as a confirmation to Enrollment. The rights of enrollment reserve with Mumbai Velvet and will depend on various criteria.
* A Confirmed Participants list, venue address or pictures ETC, won’t be shared to anyone, so please bear. We disclose it at last moment, to maintain safety and privacy of everyone. But be assured, everything along with costumes and party schedule will be shared at the right time.
* This Event will be conducted with strict house rules, which every participant has to follow. This is to keep the venue in order and create a safe, carefree, comfortable and fun-filled environment.
* Be informed, this is a Global event, so participants will be from Indian Subcontinent, as well as from Rest of the Globe too.
* Be informed, only enrolled Participants will be permitted to the venue. So no kids or Guests along will be permitted to the Venue.
* No use of Drugs or illegal substances is permitted. If found, will be reported to the local authorities.
* This is a Lock-in Event, so Participants won’t be allowed to go out for two days.
* Mobile phone uses will be restricted for clicking and everyone is expected to follow that. You can surely click yourself following the guidelines. But clicking or recording others without consent or their knowledge, will be considered as violation of privacy and could result into forced exit or checkout from the venue immediately.
* Participating in the scheduled Events will be mandatory, no excuses will ge considered.
Event Dates :
20th (Saturday) & 21st (Sunday) December 2025
( 2 Day/nights),
Check-in- 20th December Before 5 PM Local Time.
Check-out- 22nd December morning before 11 AM.
Venue: A 4 Star Hotel with Pool & Banquet in PATTAYA, Thailand.

Charges :- 10 waiver for SDC Lifetime members & Additional 5 waiver to couples with any one or both partners bellow the age of 30.

Deluxe Room Accommodation – INR 35000 (400 USD) per couple.
Premium Room Accommodation – INR 40000 (450 USD) per couple.
Confirmation of enrollment are accepted only against 100 payment transfer.

Cancellations
cancellation available with 50 deduction till 20th November’25.
