Again not very impressed with the parties at sonesta, the ratio of single males to couples is way off. If you don’t get a room it’s almost impossible to move through the floors because the security that should be working the elevators are to busy hanging out in the rooms and hallways harassing woman or getting free shows instead of doing what they are suppose to be doing. Couples rooms are dark and very un welcoming. These can be so much better.

Great party, met a really nice couple and we were all over each other that night. Look forward to the next.

We were extremely disappointed with the turn out of the party. We have been to the owners old club and mansion parties and we always had a good time. This party didn’t have the people, the rooms were mostly all empty from 11:30 when we arrived and they closed down the party early because it was dead. The cost and time we spent was not worth it.

It was a great party. It was decorated as a jungle theme. There were 2 different DJs and plenty of good snacks such as veggie trays, desserts with fun names, chips with fun names and mixers. There was a lot of dancing and mingling.We had an awesome time. The Swinging Atlanta group did a great job with signage as well.

It was decorated nicely. The Wet T-shirt contest had a variety of awesome, sexy ladies that competed for the prize. There were 2 winners and 6 ladies that won ribbons. The music was great, the snacks were good. All mom's received Mother's Day gifts from us. There is always fun to be had with Swinging Atlanta.

The venue at Cellar Bold Distillary and Events Ctr. on Florence Rd in Powder Springs, GA was very inviting and cozy too. Many people sat at the bar as well as in a more intimate setting in the back. The host and owner of Swinging Atlanta was very welcoming and provided entertainment that was amazing. Everyone socialized and danced the nite away until the end of the event. We loved the fact that the SDC cards were very visible and gor those that had questions about the site, they were answered. We are looking forward to the next upcoming event. On a scale of 1 - 10 we give the event a 10 plus.

Our first event with this club, not overly impressed with the members present. Included a lot more single men than we were expecting. We probably won’t attend another party hosted by this team. The mixer and snack table provided were yuck also.

A Great time had.

Incredible party - like they all are. Super sexy crowd and had an amazing experience in the dungeon with a gorgeous female Dom and then had 4-5 super pretty women / couples playing w us all night. What an amazingly magic night. One of those times that will be remembered always. The organizers do such a great job.

The facility was nice along with the people there, one thing I would change would be better music from the DJ.

The venue was nice and the setting comfortable. Only complaints from us are about single males : 1) there were a few shady acting single males just wandering around propositioning everyone they met 2) several single males were roaming the halls knocking on doors toward the end of the night and even after the 3am close down. For the futuee, we would love to see a separate socializing area/room away from the loud music for folks to be able meet, mingle and converse comfortably.

Great venue, great setup exactly as expected, great turnout, no pressure safe environment and success. The cross was a blast and I made new friends.

As always, the Swinging Atlanta hosted parties are great. This one was much more exclusive and intimate, and fun was had by all. Plan to be at more of these and likely host one ourselves!

Definitely a great time, and great people! This one was a bit limited as it was only 3 floors and you had to cover up on elevators, but still not too bad. This time we just hosted the fun in our own room as the “available” fun rooms were slim, and the party room was a bit small with the dj. Still a great time, as always!

This was the 2nd naughty school girl take over we have went to. This one was ok not many people playing though. I don’t like how far a part it is too but over all we had a great time.

Our first one in this area and while the staff was friendly and the check in was well organized, the party did not meet our expectations. 1. There were a ton of single males, and you can tell when a single male is not versed in the LS. We don’t mind the looking….i mean she’s hot ). But there was cat calling and on one occasion a male who followed us down the hall asking 3 times if we’re were looking to play. Not a great way to make a couple feel comfortable. 2. There were designated areas for couples and single women only. We began to play on one of those areas hoping it would attract others because it was pretty slow to that point. Two single men proceeded to walk in behind us with cell phones out essentially standing between us and the door. We were able to leave but could not find anyone from security to tell so we just went back to our room and enjoyed a night to ourselves. Unfortunately not a company we will be using again in the future even though we had high hopes for it.

We’ve been to a few of these parties, but first time for this particular one. As some other reviews stated, it was very….boring for the first part, nobody was doing anything other than standing around, minus a couple of couples doing their own thing in private rooms with the same people they showed up with. That said, we took it upon ourselves to grab some people to get some things started, and ended up having a great time with more joint in once we started things around 1 am. So it might take someone outgoing to take the lead to get more people to jump on.

Real chill vibe I enjoyed it

this is now our second time at a Swinging Atlanta hotel party. I don’t know what it will take to make these better but I was very disappointed. Everyone was sitting around like they were at a middle school dance. no rooms being used. more people were sitting around watching football games then anything else. Wish these could get better but I just don’t see it happening anytime soon.

Overall the party started out slow with few people but did get a little larger as the night went on. The place was clean with plenty of rooms. Music was good. There was some action going on in a few of the rooms. The BDSM room was fun. I would probably go again. If you are easing into the LS, this would be a good first event with no pressure or problems.

Pros: 3 floors but I do not believe many of the rooms were booked. Cons: It would have been great to have all the activities in one location or rooms next to each other. You had to search for activity rooms on different floors. It would have also made play easier. To expensive for the type of event especially for single guys. Price should be on the level as a house party not a club as there are really no expensive of maintaining a club. Single guys could be limited but charging them twice as much as a cloud is insane. Wasn’t much benefit for the price for single males.

Very fun and sexy made a few sexy new friends can’t wait for the next one

This was at least the 2nd or 3rd Swinging Atlanta event that we had attended. The location and facilities at this one was the best one that we had seen. The attendee mix was less than optimal. There were too many single guys roaming around to allow one to feel relaxed. If this was a Hotwife event where one could expect increased numbers of guys, that would be expected. I'm not sure if there was more of a cultural difference since there were predominately more African Americans in attendance, but my wife was insulted by a black girl that was old enough to know better. There was no reason for her to be mean. We arrived at approximately 10P and left a little after midnight following the insult. My wife is pretty attractive, and there was no reason for that girl to try and make fun of her in front of a crowd. We will be out of state for the foreseeable future, but we have No plans to try another Swinging Atlanta event again any time soon.

My husband and I recently attended the hotel takeover event at Regency Hyatt and overall, we had a great time. This was our first time joining such an event, and we were impressed with the overall planning and the care that went into making sure everyone had a good time. The event was well-organized, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. One major downside, however, was the communication. The event organizers used a text number and email for communication, and both were absolutely horrible. Messages were either delayed, unclear, or not received at all, which caused quite a bit of frustration, especially when trying to get important event details. This aspect definitely needs improvement. On a positive note, I was glad to see that security was present throughout the event. It made us feel safe and allowed us to enjoy ourselves without any worries. The presence of security ensured that the event remained fun and respectful for everyone involved. In summary, while the communication could use significant improvement, the event itself was well-planned, and we had a great time. We would consider attending again, especially if the communication issues are addressed.

This was my first hotel takeover so didn’t know what to expect. The guests were lovely and enthusiastic enough but the meet and greet portion with the DJ on the main floor of the hotel was too bright and we didn’t know the outdoor area would be public access to other guests. The property itself was great and the rooms and suites were lovely. It would probably have been prudent to maybe setup the DJ on the middle floor of the block in the middle of the hallway so people could dance and move more freely. Navigating through the freight elevators was also strange but the stairwell suited me fine. Anyway, I look forward to more opportunities to commune with others in the LS but it felt unwieldy to navigate this event for a while.

This was my first hotel party and it was not what I expected. Pros: The guests I chatted with early on in the outdoor lanai area were very friendly and fun. The hotel rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The fee for a single woman was very reasonable. Cons: The only indoor area to network, was the same small room as the DJ so you could not really talk there. (Outdoor area was hot and humid.) The DJ did not play music that this crowd wanted- The dance floor was empty most of the night. Way too many single men lurking everywhere. And, the playrooms were empty most of the night.. as they were awkwardly spread across floors and the groups of single men made others uncomfortable. I found out after arriving this was a hotel party, not a takeover. Moving forward, I would only go to true takeovers.

Soo…we made a last minute decision the day of the event to attend. We reached out to obtain the party location. Instead of one location there were two. One for the party, the other for parking we were told. Big Red Flag for us but we decided to check it out anyway. Upon doing so we immediately decided “hard pass”. Leaving our vehicle “unattended” at Walmart on Old National Hwy, for a shuttle to a home miles away, unable to leave whenever we like?! Definitely not! If you know you know!

I attended the party on my 40th birthday and it was also my first party back after a 4 year break from the LS. The hotel had some issues- ice was only available on one floor, we were put in a room not on the party floors even though we reserved through the link and they wouldn’t switch us- but the party was amazing! Great selection of single men and couples! It was the perfect way to celebrate turning 40!!

We were visiting the area and decided to check this out. I don’t want to be the negative person but this was a let down! The email information sent to us used the word elegant for attire and it was quite the opposite. As was the “mansion” it was very cluttered and didn’t appear clean. loved the bar and nook vibe and music

The event was fantastic and very well organized. Plenty of mixers and snacks available. The DJ was pumping out good vibes. I liked having the vendors in the hallway this time instead of one of the conference rooms. I was pleasantly surprised to see SDC promo cards available. Wife and I had a blast. She had 26 orgasms before she gave up counting!

I've been going to the Swinging Atlanta parties more than a decade now and they're always such fun. Always a very diverse and interesting crowd. All ages and types but also always very friendly and fun. Events are well run and you'll have fun if you approach people with a friendly smile and compliment.

The party did not get our expectations. a little bad inhabited, people not good dressed and a little badoy organized. Payment only in cash is not safe.

This was the first time that we attended the event and it was worth the effort. There were other similar parties but this was one of the few with plenty of room to move around and activities to engage in. All the attendees seemed to enjoy themselves and when it was over, you just crashed in your own comfortable room. It was like one big adult sleep over and everyone was there to party the night away! Will definitely attend another one.

This was NOT a mansion by any stretch of the imagination. It was a very dated basement party. The crowd was small and also not as advertised.

This was promoted as a “Mansion” party but was no such thing. It was a regular house (not at all large) and the party was in the basement. The crowd was nothing like the guest list suggested it would be. Attendance was low and for the most part the attendees were not the people shown on SDC.

We spent too much money for this terrible event. This was the second chance to this organizer but it wasn’t worth it. Not really a diverse group, the advertising said something about a lot of play rooms and activities and we never found it , that was just the small selling space. The quality of people, not really a filter even for single guys. Too many of them for just a few girls and couples. Mostly of the people decided to leave the party when they turned off the light in the room. How they pretended to know people and talk if everything was completely dark. Definitely never again with this organizer

The invitation said “select single men.” Apparently these single men were not selected or vetted. There were too many single guys. And not many single females. Some of the single men were “thirsty” and appeared desperate to play. One single guy followed me from floor to floor. I probably should have reported him to security but I was so disgusted that I didn’t. I did enjoy the massage therapist on-site. I think his company is Green Socks Mobile Massage. Probably won’t attend their NYE hotel takeover.

This was our first party and we did not know what to expect. We had a nice time, but will not be attending again. There dance room was way to dark and you could not see who you were talking to, and the music was not what we like. There were way to many single men at the party. The snacks and sodas where very limited. For the price, we wish things were more organized, with larger spaces to hangout and get to know folks as well as party.

Y’all need to get more single women in there for the single guys an tell the guys don’t be so aggressive

We went to the event. Had a great time spent with two couples in our rooms - but unfortunately not at the party. It was crowded and the rooms for the group activities where to small. They had 4 private floors with only on 2 of them activities. The gloryhole wall was teared down and the group room better should be called a gangbang room. 2 woman and 12 - 15 guys waiting in line. The balance couples single man was not as promissed - there where much more single man and they where quite pushy.

We went to this party first time, and we were very disappointed, $100 for what, wish we had gone to Club trapeze where we go every year. Everything was thumbs down. Will never go again.

Had a super time going to the hotel party. Next time we need to bring paper to write down everybody we met. Lol.

This was the 1st time we attended this groups NYE party, however we understand the party and location has been an annual thing for years. The location was great, easily accessible from both 75 & 285. Rooms were nice enough, and ballroom was decorated nicely. Given the unpredictability of weather in January a ballroom not requiring outside travel to/from rooms would be preferable. The wife half caught a nasty cold that came on quick the day after the party! Secondly, the dj’s music selection seemed off for a dance party, while there was a variety of music played, barely anything was current and a lot of it lacked “sex appeal” in either the lyrics or beat. Security seemed to be good and people working the event courteous and helpful.

It was a blast at this big event, I had stayed overnight met and had fun with a few people in the bedroom. I hope everybody else had a blast like I did.

I had came to this type of event last year 2014, I really did enjoy myself and I had the most fun of my life. I can not wait to come again, and introduce myself to some new people and dress very nice.

Well...to start with there was a lot of lovely flesh being shown at the party Sat night. There was a beautiful tall (she said 6' 2") blond who was fully nude for most of the evening partying and even pole dancing for a while. As usual, Brent had a couple of lovely ladies getting a taste of the fire as he put on his midnight show. I talked with one of the women later to congratulate her on her performance and she said she had been very nervous but enjoyed the experience. The Sybian, as usual, was available for the woman who wanted an erotic ride and many did...smile. The private rooms were fully occupied for most of the evening and, for the voyeurs and exhibitionists, the open play area in the loft was also a very active playground. Many in attendance stayed late and were playing as dj played the last song. As usual, even this old fart had a great time!

As usual The Loft put on a great party that was packed with lots of sexy, interesting people. Some were fully costumed, some with just masks and some without masks, but it was fun for all to see. From Chrissy's welcoming smile to Brent shaking hands, saying hello and introducing people, the staff did a great job keeping everyone comfortable and happy. It was busy downstairs with socializing as well as in the loft with the private rooms staying busy and the open area providing lots to see for the voyeurs. The Sybian also seemed to be in use quite a bit too... A great party!

The Loft will certainly sound the alarm and keep your radar going off! Always an interesting time spent at this place!

The Loft was a great time as always. You never have to wonder if you will meet new friends and playmates. Brett has done a great job creating a fun, playful adult club.

We have read most of the reviews for this venue. From personal experience we can say that it is a great venue. The Loft is not in competition with the Trap. It is a completely different atmosphere. At the Loft you are exposed to cliques and "pretty people." Most everyone there accepts you no matter your race, size, fetish, etc. The Loft caters to all LS types. Almost everyone there is open and friendly. You WILL meet new friends there. We had the opportunity to host a SDC event there, and would gladly do it again. We met some friends here before leaving to attend a house party. The music was good (not too loud) and the staff is always friendly. The Loft is great place to meet friends at for drinks in a central location.

To answer he previous poster... The Loft does not check in or serve your alcohol. There is a small area in back with lockers. We can comfortably accommodate about 150 folks.

We will def be heading back to the Loft, great time and many new friends!!

It was Grand! The place was packed with lots of interesting people and activities...from pole dancers to body painters to the lovely Melissa Wolf to the beautiful topless woman in the cage. Of course the Dungeon area was being used with a number of participants as well as many spectators. The private rooms upstairs stayed in use as well as the beds in the open area on the balcony. There were many gasps and yelps and other pleasurable sounds heard from the many women who were experiencing the Sybian. There were also many spectators upstairs...smile. I would say it was a very successful party and am very glad I was there!

it was our first time visit there this past Saturday, basically you get what you paid for , they have a lot of opportunities to improve, major factor and distraction is the sanitary issue. place was not clean and was not a inviting place to play because of it.

It was our first time at the loft and we were very pleased. The staff is very nice and seemed to be willing to help out in any way. The club is clean, the music was wonderful (and not to loud to carry on a conversation) and there was plenty of extra curricular activities going on to keep you entertained. The location and price is right so I would venture to say that we will definitely be going back.

Our second time here! We brought some friends with us and had another great time here. Nice setting and plenty of space to chat and have fun.

The Ball had a great turn out. Must have been 30-40 couples and a number of single women and men. In addition to Brent s scheduled fire show with three women there were a couple of female volunteers who had a chance to enjoy the experience too. To my mind an interesting way to exfoliate...smile. There was also a lot of activity in the B&D area with lots of toys to play with. As the evening progressed the number of people in the crowd downstairs fluctuated as the balcony and play areas up stairs were put to use. All in all a great party with many people with a wide range of interests enjoying themselves in a friendly comfortable location on a cold Saturday evening.

We attended with 2 other couples and had a great time here. The venue is sort of hidden and doesn t at all look promising from the outside but once we got through the door, we were pleasantly surprised. The set-up was nice and the club was very clean. The venue has a decent sized dance floor, stripper poles, new leather sofas and fancy furnishings and decor. A large selection of S&M and bondage gear are in the club-but all in seperate areas. There are plenty of play areas upstairs as well as more private rooms. The venue is close to the expressway!

This was our 1st SwingAtlanta event and it definitely won t be our last. The party was good, the DJ could have been better and for $80, champagne could have been offered, but other than that, it was a great way to bring in the new year!

Brent has established a very diverse crowd of people who know how to PARTY!!! If you missed this one, you will definitely need to attend next years NYE Bash!!! Hundreds of attractive, open-minded individuals, who were very classy and respectful at all stages of the party. Happy New Year!

Had a great time at Cocktail Cove. Saw plenty of sexy ladies and recognized a few from SDC. I ll definitely be at the meet n greets again.
