In throuple Enrollments, it's mandatory to share the profile of the Single participant too for enrollment.

Check Ins & Outs- Check in 17th August 2026, between 3 PM & 6 PM. Strictly no check-ins allowed after that. And Check outs anytime after 5 AM on 19th August till 11 AM.

House Rule-
Read carefully & take them seriously

1. Participants will be in the form of Resident & Guest. Throuples will be only Residents, but Couples / Singles (Male/Female) will be as Residents or Guests both. Guests participants will be entering the house for limited hours. All house rules will be applicable on Guests too, except Exits.
2. Residents / Guests are not permitted to wear any clothes or Undergarments, Swimwear, During the Door locks, inside the premises, except a semi-transparent wrap on provided on check in.
3. Tasks & Activities may demand Parcial or full nudity, as per the Nature or Structure of the tasks. It may also contain Intimate Acts. But definitely with the choice of preferred partner.
4. Pool use is either without clothes (Skinny Dips) or in Swimwear / beachwear.
5. Sober Clothes are permitted when service staff are in premises.
6. It is compulsory for Participants, to engage in all scheduled erotic activities.
7. Mobile uses will be restricted.
8. No Party kind of loud music or dances allowed. Can play soft or sensual music when needed.
9. Strictly no exit will be allowed to residents from the house, for whatsoever reasons, except some medical emergencies. So residents may buy all their necessary stocks before entering the house. No arguments heard.
10. Participants must follow the house schedule for meals. All meals will be served inside the house.
11. Follow the key of consent before accessing anyone intimately.
12. Violation of House Rules and schedule may result upto, forced check out from the house.

Enrolment

Resident- Maximum 12 Couples & 6 Single Male/Female.
Reference is mandatory for couples, if we haven't met.

For Singles, Recommendations & Feedbacks From 1 participant Couple or 2-3 Non Participants, reliable couples are mandatory. SDC Validations are considered as recommendations.

Guest Slot Schedule:-

17th August -7 PM to 12 AM.

18th August
12 PM to 12 AM

Guests can't stay overnight.

Suite Room- 30000/- (Sold Out)
Premium Room:- 26000/- (Sold Out)

Resident Couples & Singles:-

Deluxe Nextdoor Stay:- 22000/- (2 Rooms for Couples & 2 Slots for Singles Available)

Guest Couple/Single Male:-
17th August Evening Slot- 8000/- (2 couples & 1 Single Slot Available)
18th August Full Day Slot- 15000/- (3 Couples & 1 Singles Slot Available)
Both Days :- 20000/-

Charges Includes:-

2 Night Double Occupancy Accommodation (For Residents Only)
Uses of entire property
All meals
Unlimited Beer
Unlimited Drinks (Premium Whiskey, Vodka, Dark/White Rum, Gin)
Diluters (Coke, Sprite, Soda, Juices, Water, Icecubes).

Have to Carry Along Your Own:-
Swimwear, Erotic Clothes.
Also Smoke & Condoms in sufficient quantity.

Enrolment Process- Enrolment will be considered confirmed only after 100 payment Transfer.

Cancellation Policy-
1. Enrollments are cancelable till 20th July 2026 with 100 refund.
2. Enrollments are cancelable till 1st August 2026 with 50 deduction if needs refund or 100 carry forward against any Future Hedonistic Enrollment.
3. No cancellation will be accepted after August 1st 2026 for refund, but 50 of paid Enrollment charges could be carried forward against any Future Hedonistic Enrollment.
4. Refunds will be Processed within 2 weeks time after the event is Over.
5. Cancellation policy is applicable only on fully paid Enrollments. Leer Menos
