We attended the Black Dress Soirée this past Saturday and had a very nice time. Play Championship managed to keep it classy while still being sexy, the host couple were very sweet and welcoming. The only improvement I could possibly recommend is that the music be turned down a teeny bit so people could mingle and talk a little easier, and maybe a little more recognizable music for dancing and a little less edm which brought about a clearing of the dance floor. Thank you for bringing your events to NC.

We wanted to see what the crowd would be like and meet new friends. But after 1½ hours and finishing our drinks, other than the host greeting us at the door we had not talked to a single other person. Seems most everyone split up into their cliques and that was it. No mingling and even the ones that weren't huddled together were giving off vibes of not wanting to talk to people. There was no fun vibe. Unfortunately the music was so loud even if there was someone to talk you couldn't hear them. The DJ should know that to start out the night let people get their mingling going and as the dancing starts it's ok to start turning it up.

This was our first experience of a hotel takeover. We met some very nice people and made new connections. I think the event was professionally organized and the entertainment was top notch. We will definitely be attending future events as our schedule allows!

I absolutely had a blast at this event! The Dj was on point! The band was grade A and I even got to get more tattoos!

This was our first event ever and it was great experience. We enjoyed a lot the atmosphere.

We attended our first Play Champagne party in February 2025 and have been several more since than. They are well organized with entertainment, workshops, vendors and so much more. We ended 2025 and brought in 2026 at the Queens Ball. We were not disappointed and enjoyed the entire venue. We encourage anyone to try at least one the venues . ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥😈😘

We've been to the Play Champagne parties every year and they are by far the best lifestyle event in Chicagoland. The team puts a lot of effort into organizing the event and they do an mazing job and for that we are truly appreciative.

Had a great time as always! This was our 6th in glenview and we will be back!

While the NLW events were bad at best, the pool parties at the English were amazing. The Play Champagne group knows how to throw a party. If the NLW wants keep people coming back they will need to get organized and have a group like PC come help run the event.

This event included daytime classes, great playrooms and high energy dance parties! The crowd was diverse and inclusive of all races, genders, sexual preferences and kinks. Highly recommend attending a Play Champagne event!

I kept chatting trying to get approval of an application and kept being told u need to be a member. Didn’t attend. Which I was really looking forward to. Would like to attend events in the Southfield Michigan area if possible

Amazing, Awesome and Exciting It was our first ever Play Champagne party. We heard great things about how well run they were and lots to do. All the hype and promotion was no disappointment. We highly recommend to attend one or many. We will become regulars. Sportmindedcpl Donna and Patrick

Play Champagne reliably puts on some awesome events. They put in a lot of effort and it shows! The hotel this time wasn’t the best. Their normal hotel was being renovated and they had to scramble to find a place. Even so - they still managed to be impressive. Check-in was very fast. They had events, classes, and seminars going throughout the day. They had vendors selling some fun stuff and the evening entertainment was a lot of fun (live bands and DJ's). What's best though is the quality of people they attract. It is such a fun group!

This was our first takeover with PC. It sounds like this wasn’t the typical PC experience, there were several challenges/issues, but in the end we had a great time and will be coming back for more.

Play Champagne puts on a great party! Lots of lights and sound on the dance floor. A full weekend party event. We always have a great time at these parties!

First PC event which was the Casino Royal theme. The venue was exceptional, the classes and other programs offered kept us engaged and having fun. We were surrounded by great folks. The hosts were excellent communicators and facilitated a great event. We looknforward to attending an event with them again.

We have been to 4 PC takeovers and this was the funnest yet!

This was our first PC event and we were thrilled with the experience! It was an amazing venue and just a great all-around atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Had another great time at a Playchampagne event in Glenview.

We had a wonderful time at Neon Cowboy. Lots of great folks and very well organized. We're looking forward to going to the Halloween event. Hopefully, this time we'll be able to stay in the host hotel, this time.

Neon Cowboy was another great event! Well-organized, great crowd, fun activities. You just can't go wrong with Play Champagne. A couple of comments: 1) We understand that PC may be looking for a better way to do the "after party" ... but the idea implemented here did *NOT* work. It simply sucked ALL of the energy out of the evening, and the crowd. The "side ballroom" thing needs major tweaking, but we are not sure exactly how. All we know is, it just didn't have the fun and vibes of the old "top floor" version. (We talked to *many* couples who felt the same.) 2) Sounds like a broken record (pun intended) but: MORE. VARIETY. IN. THE. MUSIC. We like dance mixes as much as anyone ... but it really gets old hearing the same exact style all night long (with maybe three other songs thrown-in over a four hour period). We love the DJs - they are great guys, and know their business ... it's just that personally we really enjoy a wider range of music when we are dancing for an evening. Case in-point: the theme was COWBOY ... I think we heard a grand total of like two or three country songs all weekend long. We all know country music is popular ... we really thought a little more of it would be mixed-in for this event. Okay - rant over, lol. Seriously, we love Play Champagne, and will keep coming back. We always tell people you are the only hotel takeover group we recommend. Can't wait for the next one!

Play Champagne put on an event that provided entertainment, space for learning new things and open space for sexy time.

Play Champagne always puts on an amazing event. Just top notch quality and organization all around. The stripper pole and mechanical bull were great touches. Loved the different color bracelets. The way that PC decorates is amazing. State of the art sound, lights, and lasers. Really cool vendors with unique items. Such an incredible atmosphere. I doubt there is another hotel takeover company in existence that can equal what PC does. We had a great time as always! That said, we were not thrilled with the music. Our biggest music complaint was that a song we enjoy would start to play but wouldn't even last until the main chorus before it was changed to something else. Example: Party in the USA by Miley Cyrus. Classic, fun, party song. The first verse was played but the song was switched to something else before the first main chorus (so I put my hands up, they're playing my song...) started. So we didn't even get to enjoy one main chorus. 43 seconds of the song was played then changed. Many we talked to felt the same way. It seems the music is more catered to the younger crowd which is a shame because there are always plenty of older folks at these events. I was a professional DJ. I completely understand how hard it is to satisfy a wide variety of musical preferences. But I would love to see an adjustment. And with the western theme, a few more country songs would have been really cool. Our only other complaint was the price. We understand economics. $550 (event tickets and room) for two nights is steep for a couple that makes a modest living like we do. And that doesn't factor in meals, transportation, theme outfits, and drinks. Very steep indeed. Again we understand economics and inflation so we don't fault PC or the hotel. It is business and money must be made. Everything is more expensive these days. It just seems so much less affordable than it used to be. Maybe we are just more broke these days with college kids! Consider all that constructive criticism. PC puts on an amazing event every time. 5 Stars for sure!

This was our 5th takeover with Play Champagne and again they never disappoint!! Decorations were amazing, the music was amazing and the classes that were offered were so wonderful and very well done! We always meet great people and leave so tried because who wants to sleep when there so much happening!! If you are trying to decide on going to one of their takeovers, do it!! No regrets

We have been to *many* hotel take-overs throughout our years in the lifestyle, hosted by many different groups. Play Champagne are consistently the BEST in every category. We have never been disappointed or underwhelmed. For us, it comes down to a few simple things: 1) They pay attention to the DETAILS. As experienced hosts of many types of social events and gatherings (personally and professionally), we understand how important it is to manage all of the elements, large and small - and to be continuously adjusting and tweaking as you learn more. Play Champagne does this better than anyone. Case in point: The "Room Crawl" before the party on Saturday evening. What a GREAT idea!! So much fun, and met so many new people. 2) They draw a GREAT crowd. Consistently. Every time. 3) Lastly, they just know how to make it FUN. Play Champagne always plans a party schedule that includes a variety of great activities and mini-gatherings - it is so easy to just enjoy the weekend in whatever way that YOU want. Of course, they also have the BEST staff and volunteers. Always warm, friendly, fun, and professional. We know this review didn't give a lot of extra details about this specific event - but honestly, ALL of their parties are amazing. Try Play Champagne - you will be glad you did!

Can't say enough about this one. My wife and I were set to make this our last takeover. We had been to other Champagne takeovers and the novelty seemed to be wearing off. So we showed up ready to have have a good time...but also ready to make it our final one. But we had such a good time that we are ready to do one again in the near future! Champagne put on an amazing party. I did not think I would enjoy the band...but they were great. We appreciated the playlist which included many songs for us older folks (like songs from the 90'). The DJ's were awesome and even played the song I requested (but too early in the evening when I wasn't yet on the dance floor LOL). We didn't run into one jerkwad guest. Everyone we talked to was friendly and respectful. Champagne does a great job with establishing rules and expectations of its guests. Vendors were great. This was the first time we ever purchased anything from one on site. One really hit it off with my wife with a discussion of food allergies. The hotel was in tip top shape (except the usual elevator malfunction). Last time we had a room that wasn't thoroughly clean. But everything was fantastic this time and we are now eager to return! Kudos to everyone on the Champagne staff for all their hard work! It came together beautifully.

Melissa and Eric do not disappoint! The St. Patrick’s takeover was a great time and the room crawl was super fun and a great way to meet people. Hopefully that will continue at future events.

We had a great time at our first takeover. Everyone was friendly and had great outfits. The environment was sexy, fun, but also no pressure and no judgement. We enjoyed the room crawl and hotel layout. Next time we hope to stay at the host hotel, but even then the hospitality suites became a hangout place when refilling our cups.

We had tried a hotel takeover before and were underwhelmed, but decided to try this one as our last chance for takeovers after it was recommended by a previous attendee. Much better experience and well thought out event. It seems worth it to try and stay at the host hotel, and I think it's great they offer sessions during the daytime. I'm not sure about other locations, but the rooms facing the event area makes it a great layout to always keep the guests engaged. Will definitely attend future events.

The champagne parties are always the best. We love the Glenview venue. The rooms are amazing. The layout of the hotel is awesome, and the events that are scheduled are always so much fun. We are already scheduled for the next one!

PC put on a hell of a Mardi Gras party. Loved the addition of the room crawl with the variations of shots/treats/drinks that people brought. Each Mardi Gras party seems to be getting even better!

We had a blast. Reconnected with some friends and met some great new ones. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly and fun.

Take over was a blast. One of the best we’ve been to. Very well organized. Absolutely a lot of fun. You should definitely buy the tickets for the Saturday night show. We will definitely be going again.

The Champagne party’s are always great! But this hotel, although our favorite place so far, needs to get their elevators in good operating order…..two separate parties there had elevator issues during the event.

This was our second PC takeover at Livonia. We’re regulars at their hotel takeovers at Blue Ash. Melissa and Eric know how to do a hotel takeover up right, and never disappoint. From events like the room crawl to the pool parties, meet & greets, etc. it’s always first class!!!

Play Champagne has consistently put on an amazing event each time we've been. If you've been on the fence about going just do it, you're going to have a great time!

So much can be said about this event. Short and sweet though. A different theme for each of the nights and on Mardi Gras night there was also a room crawl. Wander the floors and check out decorations and meet people. The entire event was very memorable and this is our second time in Livonia with Play Champagne! Highly recommend!

We had such a great time, this was our 1st event and it won't be our last. Everyone was very open and friendly and nice. You get a big mix of different types of people that love to have fun and enjoy the night. Excited for the next event.

It was such a great party! Fantastic music, activities etc! Bead throwing for boobies!! Room crawl etc.

The venue was amazing. The rooms were good suites. The party was fun. The only complaint is that the play room beds are air mattresses. Not conducive for group play and ruined the mood while we were playing. Yes you can go to your room and play but part of the excitement is being in the room with everyone else playing. Just not functional.

We had a wonderful time. This was one of our favorite experiences we’ve had so far. Everything was well done and the staff was on point. We’ve already signed up for the next one.

Loved the band Friday night! Great venue. Staff was great! Only suggestion would be to open the play rooms a little earlier, perhaps 10 pm instead of midnight on both nights.

The party was great! The only thing I’d like to see different is the ape mattress upgraded to something better. The mattress were not always inflated and hard to get a rhythm with 4 people on the bed. Balance is key lol. Can’t wait for the next party in February! Thank you to all that put it on.

our third Champagne party did not disappoint. From circus performers a dedicated impact room and 5 floors of rooms become minibars there was never a boring moment. Truly an amazing experience.

No one does it like Champagne

Awesome as always. The production value can't be beat. The ambience created by the decor and equipment set-up is absolute top tier. Classy from start to end. I had one minor complaint and one big complaint. Minor complaint: we wished the DJ's would throw in a traditional line dance (like Booty Call) every once in a while. We got a piece of the Wobble on Friday night (cut off about halfway) but that was it. Big complaint: the single guys. Too many of them. It was frustrating to feel we had to avoid them. We understand that they are some people's thing, but certainly not our thing or any of our lifestyle friends. We'd love to see the max number of single male tickets purchased reduced and an area of the hotel where they are not allowed unless accompanied by a couple (very similar to one of clubs we visit regularly).

Well, once again, Play Champagne did NOT disappoint! First of all, another big THANK YOU to all of their staff & volunteers ... from the always-gorgeous Denver & London, to DJ E, and everyone else! You guys make it great, and your work is both noticed and appreciated. WOW - BIG KUDOS on finally putting some activities at the POOL in Blue Ash! We always felt it was a missed opportunity, and the Saturday afternoon pool party was a great way to socialize. Super fun! Krispy Kreme Kart rolling around on Saturday morning?!?? WHAT??!! Yes, please! And not those stale grocery-store Krispy Kreme ... you brought the good-good! We always tell everyone "it's the little things" at a Play Champagne party. Way to go. Of course, the parties themselves, the decorations, the after-party, and - never let us forget - the fact that Play Champagne draws the BEST CROWD from all over the country! We had a blast, and cannot wait for the next one. There is Play Champagne, and then there is everyone else. 'nuf said.

The wife and I attended this event this weekend, both nights, all of the people we met were very friendly and the event was very fun. we will be attending another one in the future!!

Great party! The Champagne Club hosts the absolute BEST hotel take-overs we have ever attended (and we have been to many). They always have a wonderful crowd of fun, attractive, and friendly people. The decorations and entertainment are top-notch. They always have fun activities happening all throughout the weekend. Their attention to details like security and check-in add value, safety, and "next-level" professionalism that few other groups can match. And of course, the party itself is always a BLAST! If you have an opportunity to attend a Champagne Club hotel take-over, definitely sign-up! (But remember, they just may be the only parties you will ever want to attend after that!)

The club was so nice. Super clean and comfortable. The 7 themed rooms were all super nice and we even had some fun putting on a show in the Red Room. Will definitely be attending again soon.

We’ve been to many parties at many hotels and no one does it like Champagne. Atrium style hotel is the perfect venue for a takeover and when you add the fact that Champagne makes class such a priority with decorations, activities, and staff interaction its hard to imagine anything or anyone doing it better. A+. 10/10. All the stars.
