If you ever want to go to a great event, go to this one. A great time!

This was our first time attending this event but we'll be back each year! The bars are in downtown Austin and very walkable. A nice large crowd attended - likely over 100. The hosts Angie and Jay (AverageSwingers) are super personable and social trying to get people to get on the dance floors and meet like minded folks. Highly suggest!!!

The Pub Crawl was GREAT!!! These guys always have awesome planned events! We have been several years to the Pub Crawl and are looking forward to a future DFW Event hosted by these two!

Hosts are just GOOD PEEPS and it’s always a great nite out at this M&G. See old friends, make new friends. Some decent eye candy in the main room. Everyone should try to make at least one or two.

We always have fun at the Average Swingers events! It's great that they are hosted at strip clubs too because it provides a sexy backdrop to keep engaged with the group. Jay and Angie do a great job at welcoming everyone upon arrival and making new folks feel welcomed!

This was only our second event with the Average Swingers, but we enjoy these events. They seem to be pretty low key, and everyone is so friendly. We missed Angie at this one (she wasn’t feeling well), but Jay did a good job as host. If you are looking for a no pressure event to meet others in the lifestyle, this is a great event to check out.

Great hosts, welcoming people and there’s a sense of naughtiness hosting it at a strip club that makes it really fun. Check it out you’ll be glad you did!

We attended this mingler and the turnout was impressive. The location chosen was the perfect amount of space, easy parking, with surprisingly great food. The lights and music were at comfortable levels for mingling. The host(s) chatted with us when we arrived and when we were leaving. Angie and Jay are wonderful hosts. Silver City added enough wait staff that it was easy to get a drink and the music was at a reasonable level so you could talk with the lovely crowd that showed up. We’ll definitely go back again.

It’s was our first lifestyle event of any kind actually. We met Jay and Angie right away and hey were wonderful. They introduced us around and we soon felt right at home. It was a great event with lots of sexy people. We made some new friends that we hope to get to know better over time. I would highly recommend any event that they were involved with.

It was our first A.S. Mingler and we did have a good time. Made a few connections for the future for sure. Our (and several others) only complaint is the music was almost too loud to have a conversation. We will be attending more in the future.

We’ve been attending these meet and greets at Ricks for a while now. Time before last… I watched one of the servers take a straw and put it in the drink that I just ordered and she took a sip … just before the bartender handed it to me Last week, it was he drink prices. We ordered the same 2 drinks …three times. Each time, the price was different… depending on who our bartender was We will likely not be back.

The music was great from the venue then they added a live DJ to keep the party pumping and it was lit! Food was unique and delicious, drinks were nice and strong too. A.S. Minglers are always a great, drama free time with lots of sexy people and can’t wait for the next one!

Not a fan of this place. First time we visited during event bartenders couldn’t handle crowd. Second time they did pretty good. Last night even with smaller crowd due to holiday the bar service was terrible, especially from the female bartender.

We had such a great time with everyone last night! From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was warm, welcoming, CHATTY, and friendly! Definitely looking forward to some more Face Time with everyone, and excited to get to know everyone!

Pros: lots of people! Cons: too loud....Shakertins actually turned the music up. Impossible to have a conversation! The place was hot...and we don’t mean the sexy kind of hot $5 win was small.....about what you’d get at a wine tasting.

This is an incredible, well-attended event. We will be at the next one for sure.

Weve not attended many M&Gs, but this one was soooo close we had to check it out. Took a few tries to navigate to a parking spot, but once we figured it out a spot was easily found. If was novel at our ages to be carded, but thank goodness we brought our IDs and were admitted. We were greeted warmly and given wristbands by our hosts at the LS desk, then got drinks and headed to the less crowded and quieter patio. We chatted with some vanilla patrons (one very drunk young man kept insisting we explain this lifestyle thing to him, but we played dumb until he staggered away :) Then we were recognized (the wifes ink is memorable) by a couple wed met a few years ago at a party, and spent the rest of the evening swapping stories and looking at one anothers extensive photo collections (we might have shocked one or two vanilla folks who could see our phones, but thats part of the fun). One suggestion to the venue: if the servers were a bit more observant they could have sold lots more alcohol! Summary: nice place, nice people, look forward to doing it again!

We always enjoy all the parties and venues the Average Swingers host so much they made need to change their name to “Above Average Swingers! :-)

This was our third time to attend a Mingler at Ricks Cabaret... perfect venue... sexy atmosphere to get the party started ! Great crowd. Friendly staff. Good drinks ! Kristi & Doc

The club appeared to make some improvements from the last time a M&G was held there in early January. The music was not as loud , so it made it easier to chat with others and entertainers. There was a water fountain installed to give access to water without paying $7 for a bottled water, which is particularly helpful for those seeking to sober up before driving home or that dont drink alcohol.

Very much enjoyed this event. Met some really nice couples and hope to enjoy some fun times with them in the future.

Always enjoy meeting new people and visiting with current friends. It is a loud venue so hard to talk, was really taken back when after havin bought a few drinks asked for water and they wanted $7 a bottle.

We had Soo much fun at this event!! Every time we attend this venue, we leave smiling and glad we came out!! Definitely one of the best venues we attend for meeting people.

We greatly enjoy the venue for the sexy atmosphere and ease at which we all can move around and socialize without feeling too crowded. There are only 2 drawbacks from the event. Firstly, the music is played so extremely loud that you have to get nose to nose with someone to attempt to have a conversation with them. Secondly, the club charged $4 for a glass of water and $7 for a bottled water. That seems borderline irresponsible in case someone was wanting to stop having alcohol and switch to water to help sober up, because they were going to be driving home. Regardless, we will most likely attend another A.S. Mingler held there.

We arrived later than usual and found the place totally packed with AS people. If you wanted opportunity to mix/mingle with a lot of people this was the place. Very fun time.

The M&G was a fun time. Rick's was better prepared this time for our crowd with more ladies restroom options, staffing, and drink specials. The open room is ideal for mingling without feeling crowded. The only drawback is that with the music being so loud for the entertainers, it makes it difficult to talk to someone that is more than a couple of feet away or directly in front of you.

Rick’s is always a great venue but the waitstaff is slow and the drink prices vary depending on which waitress you get. Quicker and cheaper to go to the bar directly. On another note - please find a way to store/archive the guest list somewhere so that we can go back and look for profiles of people that we met while we were there. Removing them before the night is even over makes it difficult to connect afterwards.

Don’t spend all day partying at the hotel pool then you might remember the pub crawl. I’m sure I had a blast, everyone said I did. I always do at this event. Next time I’m doing things a little differently

This was our first attendance at an AS Mingler party at Rick's. First, Rick's as a venue is incredibly sexy, creating a sexy mood for everyone. Wish they had "Amateur Night" .. a lot of LS girls wanted to show off their dances. The staff was very friendly. Managers were friendly and helpful. We felt like thay wanted us to have a good time. The great turnout of SDC people packed the place. Valet was friendly and nice. Other parking appeared to be sufficient and safe with a secured well-lit parking lot. Free admission was a fantastic start. Bottle service was available and reasonable after considering the amenities when compared to other strip clubs. The remodeling atmosphere was classy. $5 drinks were a hit. As the night progressed the girls got sexier and better looking. This is the first strip club that I have ever been to that DID NOT hassle you every 5 minutes wanting you to buy drink, lap dances, VIP areas, etc. Very relaxed atmosphere. Their free appetizers were tasty and plentiful. The drinks were not as potent as we normally drink, but hey, they were only $5. The only negatives, beyond the normal weak drinks at a strip club, was that they did not have enough bar tenders to handle our crowd, but they worked as fast as they could. Rick's could have doubled their bar revenues had they had more staff behind the bar. Bottom line, we will attend the next party there! Kristi and Doc

I always and I mean always have a great time at the Average Swingers events. They are fun, personable and pick great venues have great crowds and the events are always memorable. If there is an Average Swingers event we try to attend its just that good.

Having not been to Ricks before we were very surprised at the how nice it was! Great crowd, met some FUN new peeps and saw some old friends. Will definitely be looking forward to the next one! J&D

We've been to three Average Swingers events in Fort Worth, and all were great. Friendly crowd and good locations. Good sized group, way more people than we expected before we went. Highly recommended.

We’ve enjoyed ourselves at any event held by the hosts. They are always nice and look out for everyone. Loved that this event was for a charity. Great way to bring people together and for a good cause. Can’t wait till the next event.

Just wanted to say that my wife and I enjoyed this event, we arrived with another couple and all our party had a great time. There were a few minor issues as people have pointed out on earlier reviews. One stall for the women to use is not good, unable to use a CC to pay for drinks at the Bar is not good considering we spent our cash at the bar instead of the dancers, the waitress were way under staffed and it took us forever to get any drinks or shots. Overall we enjoyed the atmosphere and location and couples that attended, the host were welcoming and great of them to introducing themselves which is always good. We would definitely go again for some more fun and naughty shenanigans. I will say that I need to get better at asking couples for their names and usernames so I can know who is who, cause we would definitely like to reach out to others. ??????

Mostly same as everyone else; music was a little loud for talking, but hey it's a strip bar, the music is supposed to be loud! The bartenders & servers were overwhelmed! They we trying to do the best they could. I think the management was not ready for our crowd!!!

Tons of people, we would do it again if the club will be better prepared. Oh, and only 1 stall in ladies room seemed to be an issue at times.

Only bad thing about new location, was the smoking inside. The bar had issues with credit cards, lack of clean glasses and lines, but they did not expect us to show up like we did. We blew their doors off.

Overall, we had a great time. The only complaint was the buffet. It was a disaster. They would have done better had they ordered pizza and just had them arrive every 30 minutes. The only suggestions: the music was great but was just a tad too loud. The wait staff did their best but they were clearly under staffed. Wait time for drinks was way too long. They ran out of glasses... Maybe next time make it a private party and charge a $5 cover to make it worth their while? I suspect that our group more than made up for it in drink sales.

Good time with great couples and lots of them. Very well organized, easy entry and lots of friendly people. Slight negatives were all on Rick's Cabaret for not enough parking, the food buffet was supposed to last till 8:30 but was gone by 7:30 and place was a little smokey. Overall as usual A&J have great events.

Great crowd, enjoyed the conversation! The venue was just overwhelmed. Running out of glasses was tough. But appreciated the ability to grab beers from the separate station. We prefer non-smoking venue. Staff was pleasant!

People attending were amazing. Loved everyone. Getting drinks and the staff was a joke.

We always have a good time at the minglers, however, Ricks was fun, but it is difficult to talk when music and atmosphere is so loud, Getting drinks Were slow and closing out our tap was even slower. Took almost 40 min just to close out and leave.

Everything was awesome except the clubs that had inadequate air conditioning. They gave up a lot of money in alcohol sales due to the fact that a lot of people didn't stay long in their clubs. A large group of us finally jumped ship and went to Studio 80...they had GREAT air conditioning!

We had a really good time at this years pub crawl. We were able to meet some new folks, connect with some old friends and had a bit more "space" than last year. Job well done!

By the time we got to ranch it was way crowded with vanillas and Awesome! Great news! Now let's sell a few thousand or so. People will go crazy over these books, o think. Never been anything like it. You are a pioneer. impossible to tell who were swingers and not. Way to loud for a good swinger conversation so we left and went back to steampunk but by that time it was too dispersed for any decent sized swinger crowd. Littl Woodrow's was great and we met lots of people there. Just sayin it might be better to not disperse the crowd. And pick bars were the crowd can be more the focus. That is more take over type situation. Anyway thanks for great effort we had a great time. Do it more often.

We had a good time and look forward to the next one. All that said we'd strongly recommend not returning to the 3rd bar again. While the staff at the 3rd bar was great it was terribly congested with cigarette smoke and many people left because of that which is unfortunate. The 2nd bar of the night was excellent and the hosts were wonderful.

It was fun but could be better. The first bar was not really to where you could mingle. Second Bar "The Library" was a great venue. The third bar we had to leave because of the cigarette smoke.

We had a great time and met a lot of wonderful and sexy people.

Once again the AverageSwingers hosted a fabulous event! There was a great, sexy crowd, well thought out venues, fun swag....it was obvious that a lot of thought and planning was done to make the pub crawl as successful as it was. Always a not-to-miss party! Thanks you guys!!

Fun crowd, lots of people and I was shocked how many actually made the crawl and didn't get hung up at the first bar! I'd suggest the last bar possibly changing because of how much smoking there is inside (We ended up next door on the rooftop) but other than that great event! It was really nice to check out Ft. Worth again after all these years, such a different area now!

Every year is really great, we waited to go the hole year and it was a lot fun as expected. Hostes are awesome!

The Pub Crawl was one of the best LS events that we have been to. Angie and Jay seemed to be everywhere at once, making sure that everyone was having a good time. Can't wait for the next one.

The event was well attended. It was a little on the hot side in the first club and got a little better as the night went on. Lot of people and we had a good time.

Are you kidding me!! What a great time, what fantastic people!! If you ever miss one of the Average Swingers events you are missing out on a super sexy fun extravaganza!! A n J are the best hosts and super hotties!!! When i tell you they will give you the shirt off their backs to make you feel comfortable, that is exactly what they did. Saw it with our own four eyes. If you have never heard one of their podcasts then you need to and you will know why the Average Swingers are anything but Average. If these two are Average then Pinnochio didn't have a wooden dick!!

We had a blast at the Fort Worth pub crawl. J & Angie were great! We definitely want to do more of these! The first bar wasn't that good but things definitely picked at Durty Murphey's! My girlfriend picked up a vanilla guy there and he went with us to Rick O'Shea's. We're doing or best to convert him and his hot wife to swingers. Lol. We met a lot of great people and can't wait for the next one!

Being new to this we didn't know what to expect. We were so happy to meet so many nice easy going people! Surprised at how many attended. Great time and will definitely try to attend any of their future events!

It was a fun night. A lot of people out and as the night moved on to different places it was nice to see everyone with armbands so we knew who was with the group or not.
