Step into the excitement of The Banyan Live, West Palm Beach’s newest nightlife jewel. With its top-tier stage and immersive sound and lighting, it is hands-down one of the best venues Submission has ever secured.
The 15,000 sq. ft. space will be curated with over 20 pieces of high-end dungeon equipment for consensual BDSM play. The atmosphere intensifies at 11:00 PM as the Submission DJs turn up the heat, driving the beat until 3:00 AM. Come early for the experience—stay late for the party.

Crazy Party
I DJ'd a quick one hour set then did a little spankin and floggin with some sexy subbies. Rubberdoll put on 2 great shows and the Submission dancers were super cute. The only bad part of the night was walkin to the car at 4am in 39 degree windy weather!
Great Event—Would Repeat
The Banyan location was great. Loved being able to connect with kinksters from N Palm Beach and Port St Lucie that would not have met at a Broward event. The space was laid out in a way where you could see just about area of the venue from any given vantage point despite being so large. Plenty of equipment and minimally intrusive oversight of activities—you knew they were circulating, but they weren’t in anyone’s way. As one might expect, the crowd skewed older in the beginning and younger as the evening drew on. We were in at 9pm and left around 1:30am.

Always the best fetish party in South Florida. Diverse crowd with a variety of sexual preferences to choose from.
Awesome Event
Been attending Submission events for many years and always have a great time. Lotsa sexy playful people into kink and general naughtiness.
