Went with my primary partner on day pass for a Sunday. First, the place (especially the pool area) could use a facelift. More problematic are the scores of single guys who barge into the “couples only” play room and grope without as so much as a nod. Within a minute of is being there. The staff basically kicked us out minutes of 6pm but no enforcement of actual rules.

We love coming down in the fall and spending a weekend at the rooftop. We end up meeting so many good people and having such a good time we don’t even leave the place only to eat. The people we made are amazing and also are looking for a good time and usually there is no drama. We definitely will be going back many times over.

I have enjoyed rooftop for many years on my semiannual trip to Hollywood Beach and can't wait to return in January 2025.

I've traveled the country & world checking out adult resorts, and Rooftop Resort stands at #1 in my book. The staff is welcoming polite & friendly. The rooms are nice and have themes. The play area is fun & sexy. There are weekly themed parties. And the crowd gets sexy as the night progresses. We had a great time, each of the 3 times ..lol...we stayed here.

I've been going to rooftop for about a year + now off and on. I was introduced my a old friend. Now I go with my partner often on Tuesdays. Usually very relaxed and noce to meet people. The Staff is very nice and I love the front desk puppy! The only complaint I have is that the prices are not trans-friendly which would be considered transphobic to most.

I like the R.T cause it is clean , safe & fun to hang out and meet amazing people....

I’ll start by saying we are new to the lifestyle with only a couple of club visits and one couples experience and we love every second of it! This was also our first clothing optional resort visit as well. We came in at the end of our Royal cruise for one night, Friday from about 2pm till Saturday 4pmish. For those who do not like to read long reviews I’ll sum this up for you… your welcome. We will come back, we had lots of sex and enjoyed out time. Positives: We enjoyed the playrooms, they have a women and couples only room great set up with big beds and a group play area, private bathroom with toilet and shower, stripper pole in the middle, a nice sex swing, porn playing all the time, and mirrors everywhere. This room has a door with a lock as well. Highly recommend and we used this room a few times within the time we were here. We used the sauna, it’s in the back of the first playroom. The heated pool was clean, perfect temp, and relaxing. You will read reviews saying the pool is deep and tough for short people don’t worry my wife is under 5’ and we were fine. Over all the rooftop when we got there was busy and people of all ages, shapes, sizes and colors. For us being newbs the guests and staff we great very accommodating and polite it is a very non-judgemental atmosphere. The resort is clean and well taken care of. Inside the room there is a little kitchenette with fridge microwave counters etc. Bathroom was fine served it’s purpose. Bed was comfy and big enough for fun. There are huge windows for those who like vouyerism and thick curtains for privacy. Opportunities: They seem to be doing upgrades in the rooms which it’s probably time, but with the COVID debacle I’m sure it’s going to take time. My recommendation is bring an air freshener. It wasn’t bad just bring one we didn’t and we were fine. Another opportunity we would say coming from first timers is some single guys can be awkward but our guess is this is common in places like this. We didn’t have any issues other than I kicked a single guy out of the couples room after he came to watch and jerk off to us and another couple who was having sex in there. He played dumb and left. We did meet some single guys there who were great, respectful intelligent and experienced in how the lifestyle works. So it’s not all just a few. Overall the people were great, extremely respectful, helpful and welcoming. We didn’t play with anyone other than eachother , didnt feel pressured to do so and the opportunities were there if we wanted as well. The only reason we are giving a 3 star right now is this is our first resort we’ve been to so hard to judge on other resorts etc but we will be back for sure.

We spent the New Years weekend here. What an amazing place! We've been around a bit and there is no place like this anywhere. So unique and so naughty! Although room was a little jaded the rooftop and bar area more than made up for it. We will definitely go back and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks Rooftop Resort!!

This was our first time going to Rooftop, but it won’t be our last. We had an amazing experience. From the pool to the boardwalk to our purple passion suite. Absolutely loved it!!!!

Hi We are Tom and Taina. And let me start by saying that we actually love the Rooftop. It's close to where we live and we love to come enjoy the pool and dancing. However, I want to make some suggestions. I don't know what your intentions are with the property, but your marketing and events need to change in regards to allowing single guys in on Saturday nights. I can understand that its a business and you want to get revenue, but you could do so much better if you cut the creepy stalking naked predator guys from these Saturday night and weekend events. Literally, these guys are like predators and they hover around as if they want to just jump in your private group like we all want another guy in the mix. It's uncomfortable to have to feel like ya have to protect your wife from the guy that's getting a little too close. If you look at some of the other lifestyle resorts, they cater more to couples on the weekends. Trapeze, Secrets Hideaway, Caliente. We NEVER experience single guys at any of the lifestyle events unless it's during the week. The Rooftop, in my opinion is very under utilized because of this. You change that, and spread the word, the business will come because you have a HUGE lifestyle population here in South Florida. But there isn't a couple that I know that is comfortable with single guys hovering around. Also, the playroom on the Roof. It needs a door. Since you allow single predators to come in on the weekends, we can't go in there to play without 5 guys coming in to watch and jerk off. It's just wrong and uncomfortable. We did it once, but we will NEVER do it again. I hope you will consider these concerns

I have been going here for many years. Recently the prices have gotten way out of control. Will not be staying anymore but we may visit for a day pass. To bad did enjoy staying. Not worth 200 - 300 per night.

This place feels more like home than some resort... the vibes are always welcoming, the staff is like family. It's clean, it's fun, and it's my absolute favorite spot just to hang out in Hollywood. And there's always SOMETHING fun going on...

As an Aussie couple we visited Rooftop for the 2nd time early June and love all the improvements. The people that attend are all so nice and love to have fun. The staff including the DJ's are fantastic. Can wait to be again for 2 visits next June

So excited to come back on Saturday and see the beautiful new pool area. The water was fantastic we were skinny-dipping all night. We met two couples and one single. We partied till the club closed! Johnny - I think I love you ??DJ named Glenn is freaking fantastic and excellent to look at too, hot!! Rooftop has definitely done some fantastic upgrades. The elevator is not so scary anymore. They have two play rooms downstairs, One of them is completely new. There’s a new play room up by the pool. Thank goodness for that one! Now we don’t have to go all the way down to the club to party. For all these things and more thank you rooftop for a great time! I would advise anyone interested to visit Rooftop. What a blast!

GM Brian and crew do a wonderful job at making all feel welcome. This is the perfect weekend getaway, no need to drive anywhere. Walking distance to great restaurants and just a few steps from the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. Rooms are large and very clean. Playrooms are well appointed and clean. Will be back. Thanks

Wife and I visited rooftop for the first time this past weekend. Had a great time talking to other couples by the pool. No pressure, interesting people just enjoying the lifestyle. We didn't get a chance to use the playrooms but it looked very busy as they were in doing an SDC party. Hope to get back in January and use all of the amenities!

We were going to spend Valentine's weekend in Miami until my wife suggested we let our hair down and have some fun. She scoured the websites and found RTR and after viewing the packages made our decision to book it. From the moment we opened the door and reached the front desk, we were treated like we were the only people there. The gentleman (who I later found was the person I spoke to on the telephone to reserve our room) was areal cool guy and greeted us very warmly. The experience didn't end there as the room attendants, bar tender, DJ and his deliciously and sexy wife..(yummmy), resident Manager, the slim and sexy chocolate hottie who sorted out our cable tv and the other guests made us feel so welcome. We even had the privilege to meet the owner who is one hell of a very well liked and respected man by all who know him The Valentine's Day party was really nice, the playrooms were very clean and it was THAT whole experience that made my wife so relaxed that she even broke the ice and had her first bi experience and gathered the nerve to give it to me real good in the playroom in front of others. So now hear this!!!...to ALL of the haters, BS'ers and negative people posting bogus reviews, RTR isn't the problem....YOU ARE!! Yes, admittedly there were some older folks there and yes not all had Ken and Barbie figures, but what made them sexy and appealing was their attitude and congeniality....remember you idiots that God made us all beautiful regardless of race, sexuality and looks. We will be definitely making a pilgrimage back to RTR KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND DON'T LET THESE HATERS STEAL YOUR THUNDER.......see you all again soon

Me and my wife visited for the weekend in November. 2015 We had the time of our lives .had no complaints about anything or anyone.we both did not have a problem hooking up .she is in her 30's me in my 40's.plan on going back soon.

We visited the resort 7-31 thru 8-2-2015, had a "great" time... no pressure atmosphere. Staff was on point with the upkeep of the entire bldg. At night don't think things will be winding down, D.J. played the latest hits and mixed in every song requested. Plan on returning before the end of the year... maybe before the end of this month ;-) ...DSRNY2PA... Be sure to add this resort to your bucket list!!

Great idea, wrong crowd. The setup is for a private pool top side and a separate floor full of themed rooms to have fun in. However, the crowd was less than good looking.....may be if there is an event?

We visited on day passes on 5-17-14 and did not get a room. Stayed several hours. Pool deck and roof area and chairs and entire roof area spotless. Pool water clear and comfortable. Staff very nice. Other customers very nice. Many attractive couples. Playrooms seemed fine. Our only complaint is floor on 2nd level needs a good pressure cleaning. We will definitely return!

We've been coming to the RT, off n on for the past 14yrs. I gotta admit, Its improved sooooo much and has taken shape. I was reading all the reviews and kept saying to myself, I cant believe some of the negative crap that's been said. But hey, to each is own. Sometimes the RT can be a hit or miss. Just like any other place. Theres always a different crowd. There will be times you'll see an older crowd and other times you'll see a younger crowd.And times you'll see them all in a mix. Either way, everyone there is super friendly. Best time to go to the RT, Is when they are having their events. About the single guys, Like I mentioned at the beginning, we've been coming here off n on for 14yrs and haven't had any run in or any problems with the single guys. and those that mentioned the masturbating and lurking, come on now..really? Like you don't see that at any other swinger place. lol About the cleanness, We haven't had any problems in that department either. I gotta admit tho, They need better beds lol..but the upgrades on the rooms are way better than it use to be back then. To all the new people that haven't been there yet. Don't listen to all that negative stuff, Come check it out for yourselves. Keep up the great work RT!!!

We have been over to the RT a couple of times, love this place. Very relaxed,open and friendly. we love that you can be upstairs outside by the pool and if the moods hits you you can feel free to do what you want,thats what we're all there for anyway. Sometimes just watching another couple going at it is just what you need to get things going. The play rooms are nice,clean and fun. The rooms we've been in are clean. The staff are friendly and nice. The guest have always been very nice. We've had some very fun hook ups. The veiw upstairs is great. They have put some money into the place,but keep in mind it's an older building they're doing a good job. We've spent the night as well as the day pass always have a good time. WE have never had a bad time there. We will continue to go there and as a busy couple we look forward to our vists there. ( Hay RT guys you need to put a hotel in the Treasure Coast you'd do well there ). Try the place out relax and have fun. We'll be there. R&C

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

We accept and solicit legitimate feedback, but will always call out anyone doing a hit piece thinly disguised as a true review. You were partying in Club Eden on Saturday night, having a great time, chatting w our hostess and had not one bad word to say about your visit. You spoke to the housekeeper on your floor and had no complaints, nor did you ever request additional cleaning services. There was no mention to anyone of “shabby” facilities or an “unclean” room or any other problems. We were later made aware that the real reason for your dissatisfaction was that there were not enough single men present to satisfy your wife. Our staff became the object of your frustrations as you grasped for made up excuses and tried to blame others for your personal issues. You behaved rudely and unacceptably in our lobby and insisted on a refund for early departure, threatening to post a bogus review on certain websites if your “demands” were not met. We both know truth and your review is worthless.

This club is dirty generally unclean and a rip pff at the pricess they charge. The management are not interested in any form of customer satisfaction and appear to be out to get the most from the guests in the way of money with very little outlay. We traveled from Europe to visit and if this is the best Florida has to offer we fill sorry for you. The whole place was very shabby and should be avoided. The management are rude and liars as they offered to give us a refund for one night but then later refused. AVOID AVOID

we been there few times, my girl good massage she loved it,there were some handsome guys,girls so-so they had good party,long weekends and some saurdays best. Agree, some dudes tend toward creepy, maybe because they lurk and don't introduce themselves (I would be the same way). Guys - you only get lucky if you play the game - start by talking and being charming. Nice black guy chatted up the wife, but did not complete (offer a dance? drink?) and we bailed unsatisfied.

Well it is true that there are a lot of single guys, but that is part of the fun. My wife and I like to open the window and see a few masturbate while we have sex. If she thinks one of them is hot, we invite them in, and he thinks he hit the jackpot. You can tell them NO. We have had no problem there. We have also met cool couples there. This place is better than say, Trapeze where there is pressure and you cant hear well enough to talk to anyone.

Hey all! Just to give everyone a head's up... The rooftop has not only renovated most of their rooms, which is a must see! But, they have also opened a new nightclub located on the second floor of the hotel, Club Eden @ Rooftop. Another MUST SEE!! While dancing naked we got to experience a fresh (very hot) DJ! Great finger foods were also served to keep up our energy. We LOVE the new stripper pole (for sure!). And they even installed a retractable roof to keep us dry on those rainy occasions. LOVE LOVE LOVE the rooftop!!! We definitely recommend!

you know, people really neat to lighten up. we have been going to the rooftop the past four years and the single guys are really what makes the place. the new management has even opened up a new club, the name is club eden. it's just a great time and really gives us an intrinsic turn-on. the only problem really find is the resort really needs to get more bbc in. if there was more chocolate at the rooftop it would be perfect for hubby and me. he would just have a more of a variety to watch. it is really a ver y sexy atmosphere and a fun weekend.

We stayed here before and will never spend the money ever again to stay over night. We got a room down the street for 59 dollars and got a day pass for forty. Wise decision on our part. First, the place was loaded with single, disrespectful guys who were belingerent and wreckless. They layout by the pool and touch themselves. They sit in front of the sex room and touch themselves. We even caught two hiding in the sauna with the light bulb out and they were playing with each other and spying on two couples in the play room. Still dirty but not as dirty as before. One can't quantify and qualify uncleaniness. The barbecue still sucks. There was a used around the lounge chairs by the pool. The bathrooms by the pool were somewhat clean. We are certainly glad we did not waste our money on a room.

With all the poor reviews of this place I didn't have high expectations. I went alone as a single male to check it out and see if it was appropriate for my partner to come. Some friends also recommended that the owners have upgraded and made some improvements. I went on a Sunday (Day pass) and there were mostly couples. A few single guys, but everyone was friendly and having fun. Some babes were playing together givin a great show. I went back with my girlfriend the next week and the place was pretty crowded, but still comfortable. I'd say this was a nice, clean, hedo-like experience that I'd definitely come back for.

Last weekend we tried it, again. We haven't been back in four years and used to go a few times a year from 2004 thru 2006. The place was mobbed with single guys. They have an on premise body rubber, a makeshift DJ, and a server. The pool was moderately kept. There were bugs everywhere in the corners of the rooms, the bathrooms and the garbage cans weren't emptied up at the pool. What really sucked was there was a mob of single guys who just seem to be regulars and they stalk, masturbate and hunt new couples to who visit this place. Really, we can not recommend this place to any couple.

The rooftop is the only place centrally located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami that is open everyday where people in the lifestyle can go layout, chill, or have adult fun in the playrooms, We thank Ernesto and Brian for the hospitality.
