House Rule-

1. Participants will be in the form of Resident & Guest. Both Couple/Single (Male/Female). Guests will be entering the house for limited hours. All house rules are applicable on Guests too, except Exits.
2. Participants, Both Residents & Guests, should wear only Erotic, Sexy & Tempting bedroom lingeries or roleplay Costumes. No regular & casual clothing is permitted.
3. Everyone (Males & Females) have to compulsorily Carry their own Swimwear, Erotic or Roleplay Lingeries and should dress up in those specially During Both Evening Activities. Erotic Swimwear is mandatory for pool uses.
4. Tasks & Activities may demand Parcial or full nudity, as per the Nature or Structure of the tasks. It may also contain Intimate Acts. But definitely with the choice of preferred partner.
5. Sober Clothes are permitted when service staff are in premises.
6. It is compulsory for Participants, to engage in all scheduled erotic activities.
7. Mobile uses will be restricted.
8. No Party kind of loud music or dances allowed. Can play soft or sensual music when needed.
9. Strictly no exit will be allowed to residents from house, for whatsoever reasons, except some medical emergency. So residents may buy all their necessary stocks before entering the house. No arguments heard.
9. Participants must follow the house schedule for meals. All meals will be served inside the house.
10. Follow the key of consent before accessing anyone intimately.
11. Violation of House Rules and schedule may result upto, forced check out from the house.

Enrolment

Resident- Maximum 12 Couples & 6 Single Male/Female.
Reference is mandatory for couples, if no direct connection with Mumvel earlier.

For Singles, Recommendations & Feedbacks From 1 participant Couple or 2-3 Non Participants, reliable couples are mandatory.

Guest Slot Schedule:-

29th November -7 PM to 12 AM.

30th November
12 PM to 12 AM

Guest can't stay extra time or overnight.

Charges & Inclusions-

Resident Couple:-

Suite Room- 30000/- (2 Rooms Only)
Premium Room:- 26000/-(3 Rooms)

Resident Couples & Singles:-

Deluxe Nextdoor Stay:- 22000/-

Guest Couple/Single Male:-

29th November Evening Slot- 8000/-
30th November Full Day Slot- 15000/-

Both Days :- 20000/-

Charges Includes:-
2 Night Double Occupancy Accommodation (For Residents Only)
Uses of entire property
All meals
Unlimited Beer
Unlimited Drinks (Indian Brands Whiskey, Vodka, Dark/White Rum, Gin, Tequila)
Deluters (Coke, Sprite, Soda, Juices, Water, Icecubes).

Have to Carry Along Your Own:-
Swimwear, Erotic costumes & Bedroom Lingeries.
Also Smoke & personal consumables in sufficient quantity.

Enrolment Process- Enrolment will be considered confirmed only after 100% payment Transfer.

Cancellation-
1. Enrolments Cancellable till 10th November 2026 with a 100% carry forward against any upcoming Hedonistic Enrollment once. Till 20th November with a 50% carry forward against any upcoming Hedonistic Enrollment once.
2. No cancellation will be accepted after 20th November 2026.
