Celebrate the season, perve style. Holiday colors, hot cider, fire in the fireplace. And some gifts for our beloved guests. But that's not what you come here for, is it?
As usual, we will have a house full of play spaces for your entertainment, including two slings, fucking machines, a glory hole, BDSM equipment and an indoor hot tub. This is an adult playground, not a cheap, crowded hotel suite or a few mattresses on the floor. Fuck to a play list and meet the curated guest list. Recharge with REAL food that would not shame an actual restaurant, not a lame salami tray or pot luck.
Nearly every party sells out with 75 to 80 guests, including a dozen or more single women. Why do they come? Because the party is run for the ladies' benefit and the males are strictly vetted.
