Amazingly hot and friendly crowd in a fun and sexy environment created by the wonderful hosts. Theme nights, DJs, pool parties, even the food (!) was on point. These events get better and better! Already signed up for the next two!

This review comes from the perspective of LS newbies with the training wheels still firmly attached. We have been together for 30+ years and have only just begun our LS adventure. It began with the Room 77 podcast which answered many questions and became a guidebook to our journey. With every episode, our understanding grew and our fears subsided. We have no idea how generation that preceded Lauren and Richard described the LS, but L&R have certainly perfected the technique. Moreover, they've actually put it into practice with their Room 77 Flirt and SIN events. They have literally put their truth where there podcast is. These events have been carefully curated, with each getting better...this was our 4th in a row. The venue, the entertainment, the theme nights and the PEOPLE have all been first class. Lauren and Richard have that special something which attracts an incredible demographic of respectful, professional and beautiful couples many of whom have been together for years. Some play and some don't, but it doesn't matter, because ALL feel safe, included and fulfilled. The only warning is that all other takeovers / resorts may be a disappointment because their's is second-to-none.

Wow! Best event yet and nope not just making it up. R77 and crew continue to create such special events. Looking forward to the next one in Oct!

It’s hard to find the words, as we’re still recovering mentally, physically, and emotionally from this trip. We’ve been lucky enough to attend several Room77 events, and every time we leave reminded exactly why we keep coming back. The vibe they’ve created over the years attracts some of the sexiest, most genuine people we’ve ever encountered. We can’t even count how many couples we spoke with who said the same thing - many of them booking SIN in October before even heading home. We’re truly proud to call Richard and Lauren friends and to be part of such an amazing community.

Forget Desire, Temptation, and Hedo.... Nobody comes close to the vibe of these Room 77 events. From the people, to the music, to the venue, we always walk away with a ton of amazing friends and mind blowing encounters! It's obvious just how much they pour themselves into this event. Oh, and they also have a really cool podcast!

If you’ve not figured it out yet, these guys have worked out the secret sauce to throwing a great LS takeover event… Many positive things to say about this event, but a few things are unique to this (and the Oct version I’d guess)… there’s focus on great DJ’s, themes with a twist, and attracting great people. It’s the only takeover we’ve done that works in a fully loaded beach party under the stars… all the DJ/lighting equipment, the drunk-proof Photo Booth, functioning beach dance floor, fireworks, entertainment, and on-point white/glow/wedding smash up theme this event made it one of the best party nights we’ve been a part of… and we’ve seen some sh$t in 15 years of this! So anyway… 5-star review… add this to your list of fun, go-to events…. 😘

We had an amazing experience at the SIN takeover. It was such a sexy and friendly atmosphere. Big thank you to Richard and Lauren and the entire crew for putting this event together. All the time and hard work you guys poured into this event for us to enjoy did not go unnoticed. So much fun was had and we met so many amazing sexy people. Till next time!

This is our third Room 77 event and they just keep getting better. Room 77 always brings out a fun, sexy crowd and the little details are so well attended to, it allows us to relax and have a blast. And, the music is totally on point. We thought the DJs were the best we’ve ever had at an event and heard many other say the same. Looking forward to the next one in February! We did our first Room 77 event last year to switch things up from DRM as we were getting tired of the variability of the crowd, the music was increasingly a bummer and it gets more and more expensive every year. We have not looked back…..

Wow! I think our 9th event and never disappoints! What amazing time there. Great people, great entertainment, and Richard and Lauren are the best hosts. Great job! We will be back unless a restraining order comes into play.

This will be a long one so buckle up. This event is so well put together and the hosts are so inviting. We had an amazing time. We will 1000 be back. Everything from the music to the attendees was top-notch. There’s no question they take pride in making sure people have a good time and enjoy all that the event has to offer. They are like a well oiled machine if machine was tan and hot. Why you should go? The host Couple, besides being really enjoyable to look at, are fantastic people. We actually overpaid because we apparently suck at math. We would’ve never known the difference but they caught it and were adamant about making sure we got our money back. It was probably way more trouble for them to process it that all back than to just keep it, but they wouldn’t hear of it. You can find a lot of places with good music, pretty people, or a beautiful location, but the level of integrity that this couple shows is much less common and also a huge contributor why we will choose their parties over anyone else. The attendees also need to be mentioned. We’ve all gone to parties where people sit around in their little friend group and never speak to others or you have people walking around like peacock's, just there to show off. This event isn’t like that everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. If you don’t find people to talk to you, it is 100 your fault. They will actually seek you out, if you were by yourself in the pool, someone is coming to talk to you. It’s a mixture of different age groups, but not attitudes. We have yet to find a single person that wasn’t pleasurable to talk to or too important to talk to. For clarification, even though people didn’t act like peacocks, there was a crap ton of beautiful people around. Shockingly beautiful at that. The DJs were exceptional. It wasn’t constant EDM or constant rap or constant whatever the hell Amish listen to, they kept everyone on the dance floor, whether poolside or in the disco, bonus that all the DJs were hot! Each night as the disco kicked off, they started with a show, do not miss the shows! They are sexy and fun and sexy… just don’t miss them. Take my word for that. When people get tired of dancing there is a gorgeous multifloor playroom waiting to be explored. It is set up and maintained so well. Do yourself a favor and explore, have fun, partake. You won’t regret it. So many toys, so many sexy bodies, such a sensual environment to play in.

SIN was our first Room77 event. The hosts are simply AMAZING and SEXY. Their team they have that helps everything run smooth are molding from perfection. Lauren and Richard (SEXY HOSTS) meet us with open arms like we were long time friends. DO NOT hesitate on going to any of their events.

This was our 4th room 77 event. They throw one of the best parties around, its so laid back and inviting. The LS cant be a bit clickish at times. Everyone was so friendly and sexy at this party. If you ever want to go to a great event pick a Room 77 event.

We are new to the LS and had trepidation about attending. Never should have worried! This is the most amazing and welcoming group of people you can imagine! The venue was incredible and the work Richard, Lauren and the team did was impressive! The entire event was very well organized including amazing attention to details. We enjoyed it andlook forward to future 77 events!

The Flirt event was absolutely beyond our expectations! We honestly can’t think of anything we would change. The venue, food, music, people and entertainment were all absolutely perfect. Richard and Lauren…hosts…were so nice and worked very hard to make sure everyone was happy, entertained and had a seamless vacation. We highly recommend this event! You will be very pleased! We will certainly be back!

We have been to private parties, takeovers, traveled to Europe, been to swanky balls and even met "George." Every single one of those events PALE IN COMPARISON to what LnR created with SINsation. Yes, there are some venues where people pay a great deal to play dirty. Yes, there are places where alcohol is key to getting your freak on, BUTTTTT, there are zero, and when I say zero, I mean ZERO events when you enter, you feel like you walked into a close friend's home having a literal red carpet rolled out to welcome you. People weren't swayed by Hurricane Milton heading straight for our new home away from home. In fact, people changed their flight plans to ensure they would arrive before travel was halted. If they were getting hit by a Hurricane, they wanted to be in the presence of all the incredible party-goers. I now understand why. The couples are HOT and Sexy AF. The conversations ran from economics to ecstasy, fantasies to French cuisine and popping cherries to parenting. It was our first R77 event, but it most certainly won't be our last. For us and many other newbies, who went not knowing anyone, LnR made sure everyone felt welcome, knew of upcoming events, had late night cuisine planned at 3am and introduced people to each other so they felt more comfortable. You need to RUN and book their event once they post it, because it sells out within a day. Oh look, the one for February is already sold out, but there is a waitlist and an overflow hotel so just sign up. It will be the BEST decision you made all year. I'm only annoyed by one thing, by reviewing this so positively, the R77 events will sell out even faster! But you all deserve every success you have, you worked hard for it! "We'll Be Back!"

The hosts have nailed this and somehow keep getting better. They create a sexy vibe that flows from the pool to the rooftop pool to the amazing rooftop nightclub they create. That attracts the sexiest, friendliest crowd in the lifestyle. We go back twice a year because we get to see some great friends and make new ones!

This was our first Room 77 event and we had an amazingly wonderful time! Newbies, experienced couples, outgoing, shy, younger, older, wilder, tamer, etc... you're all made to feel welcome and embraced to just relax and be your authentic self! The atmosphere created by Lauren and Richard is really refreshing. The playroom is exquisitely set up. The hotel rooms are spruced up by strapping two queen beds together in every room to create "orgy beds"..... and we can tell you, they really serve that purpose well - they tend to max out at 5 or 6 couples. If you're concerned about cliques, we felt that there weren't any "cliques" at all. We had no problems talking to anyone at the event or breaking into different social circles on an almost daily basis. We went in raw: we didn't know anyone at all we left with what we're sure will be future friends and fuckbuddies. The entertainment hit the mark for us. We've done other events where there's ALWAYS something happening and it can be overwhelming. Room 77 hits the target by offering up games, sexy shows, DJs, and AMAZING theme nights but they do so at a more leisurely pace that lets you focus on flirting instead of "wait, what's next on the schedule?" We'll be going back. Highly recommend you pull the trigger as well.

As a long time guest at DRM (and sometimes Pearl), attending SIN was a fantastic breath of fresh air. It’s been on our list for a while and it did not disappoint. The crowd makes the experience and SIN brings a very sexy and fun crowd. Everyone is very warm and welcoming as well as energetic and fantastic vibe. We were a bit surprised by how sexy the crew was (and not disappointed at all)! Richard and Lauren and the R77 at top notch in their attention to detail and throw a great event. We will be at FLIRT 25 and Sin 25 as well! And, plan to bring more friends!!

Event was top notch! We had a fantastic time to pour first ever hotel takeover. Richard and Lauren made us feel welcome and included. There were beautiful people all over. The entertainment, theme nights, and not to mention the playroom which was by far the best playroom we have ever seen. We will return to future events and so should anyone looking to have a great time with beautiful people!

This was our second Room77 Flirtation event. They honestly put on THE BEST party! From the hotel, Rooms, dj, entertainment, beach. Pool... AND PEOPLE... It is all absolute perfect. We will be going every year! Price is totally affordable and worth every penny! If your thinking about going then STOP... JUST DO IT. BOOK IT NOW. COMMIT AND YOU WONT REGRET IT. Lauren & Richard and their entire staff are absolute amazing!!!

This is was our 5th Room 77 event, and let me tell you…BEST ONE YET! Just when you think the last event was fabulous, this one was even better! How?? Details, theme nights, music, hotel staff, great mix of people! Incredibly sexy vibe, and everyone felt very safe, no pressure, friendly guests! Richard & Lauren definitely bring an amazing and authentic group of like minded sexy people! They care so much about their guests and make sure everyone is happy and comfortable! They definitely make it difficult to attend other events! We have met the greatest bunch of life long friends at each event!

Fantastic group and an event that was so well put together. 5 days of great pool atmosphere, sexy entertainment, wonderful people, good music, and of course mind blowing sex! Everything seemed to have the right balance. Not too much of anything, but just enough of everything. I would highly recommend another takeover by Room 77. The awesome and sexy hosts made a point of having good conversations with everyone and lead the fun, even though they had a lot going on. There was no pretention in the group, just nice, fun people having a great time.

We love the podcast so we decided to go for it and go to the takeover. The event was so well put together and we felt welcome right from the beginning.‘we’re new to the ls about a year now and we were really nervous. We felt free to do what we were comfortable with and didn’t feel pressured. Richard and Lauren were genuine and even better in person. We will definitely be going to another one! The hotel was very nice, food was good, service was great and the community was so friendly! So many repeat people. Next trip we know what to expect and it will be even better.

Richard and Lauren of Room 77 assembled a great team to assure that the even was smoothly run. As a first time event attendee I suspect I am spoiled by this all-inclusive takeover. UNIVERSALLY the people were awesome. Accommodations, staff, structure, communications, and events were on the nose. Sexy vibe of course, but it was more than that. This was our first Room 77 event. After more than 10 years in the LS and multiple trips to resorts and a few takeovers, this by far is at the top of the list for our favorite experience thus far. Not only did it draw the sexiest crowd we’ve seen, but everyone we spent time with—even in passing—made us feel so welcome and like family. Lauren and Richard and their team worked their fingers to the bone the entire time and still somehow found energy to party with the group. We adore them! The theme nights were the most fun and creative too. There was no shortage of fun and sexy surprises. We WILL be back!

Richard and Lauren never cease to amaze us. This is our 4th Room77 event and they just keep getting better. They work so hard to host an epic event and roll with the punches when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. We’ve met some great friends at their events and always look forward to seeing past attendees and meeting new couples. The hotel is the perfect size with a beautiful pool and beach. The rooftop bar/pool is a a cool venue for the parties at night. Our favorite night is always the beach party. There’s something about dancing the night away with the sand in your toes. One of the best LS hotel takeovers anywhere. Super sexy crowd and amazing entertainment. You get to be with the same group for 5 days so you really get to meet and know other couples. This was our third Room 77 event and we are already booked for Flirtations in February.

What an amazing time! The hotel was amazing, Richard and Lauren was amazing, and theme night every night was ????.

Richard and Lauren from the Room77 podcast booked a whole hotel on Isla Mujeres, Mexico between Oct 17 and Oct 22. 75 couples from all over the world, with a large Texas contingent. Overall, totally awesome, totally as advertised. The typical day would start around noon at the pool, then happy hour at 4pm, dinner at 7 pm, and party from 9 pm to 2am. The +: - great hotel, clean modern rooms, great TV, great Wifi. - Amazing entertainment: each evening had a show: beautiful dancers, fire jugglers, live band, fireworks, acrobats. Also some entertainment by the pool (strippers, foam party,...) - Most beautiful playroom ever, with nice beds, hot tub on the rooftop, great lighting, nice drapes,... - Great quality guests, fun, open minded, about 90 had perfect bodies. - Ages mostly 40s-50s, empty nesters, due to $$ and time of the year - People who play! That was the most important thing to us! The -: nothing! Lauren is the warmest person ever (she is the same as in the podcasts), Richard is very sweet and surprisingly shy and humble one-on-one (and he has a fantastic body). The Room77 staff was super friendly.
