Hosts always have a good mix of people, great buffet, clean with plenty of showers and beds and a terrific house.

And we were not disappointed. The hosts were welcoming and friendly as always. Wonderful venue with wonderful, laid back hosts who continue to throw fun, sexy parties.

I had an amazing time at this party...the music and dance floor was so much fun, the pool.and hot tub area were lit and the playrooms were super clean and comfortable. Thanks again so much for the invite.

What a wonderful event. From the moment we arrived, our host and hostess were fun and friendly. The event was filled with tons of food, music, dancing and some may hot men and women. first time we have attended in the oklawaha lake location. we used to go to the sub division parties . had a nice time large house plenty of play rooms,nice group of people.we will go back.

They ALWAYS put together a great party! A very nice mix of regulars as well as new faces. Beautiful old house that provides a very different feel. Rooms are clean and there is a large selection of "equipment" to chose from for anyone's sexual tastes.
