Disappointed

Didn’t feel like an LS or even an adult event with young kids swimming around the pool. Also, we pre paid for the tickets and found out it was free for hotel guests

Agree, no excuses, and come to find out it was the DJ’s kids. We have taken steps and have had conversations regarding this. We were not happy about this as well, and we are so very sorry for your experience. Please message me separately, and we will get you a full refund.
