FRIGHT NIGHT at the FREAKY TIKI

We want to thank all our party-ers who came out to our Freaky Fright Night, the final head count was 162 guests who had a spOokie Night with the Freaky Tiki Family. If you were there you know we were Gomez and Morticia and our friends Wednesday and Lurch. It was a fantastic time that ended for us at 5am! We love you all!

Team Freaky has created a must attend event, a hot gathering that bring together old friends, new friends and extremly erotic moments stirred together for a perfect mix..D & C are the fun and welcoming....

We all know what a great parties Dan & Chrissy put together for us. There is very little to say that hasn't been said, but I'm sure they still appreciate a simple thank you. So Thank You! Jim

Our first time at this party and the wife’s very first party as a newbie…. Loved every second of the party…GOOD FOOD, SEXY PEOPLE AND A HELL OF A TIME AMAZING HOST, will definitely be going to the next one

I feel every party tops the last! Chrissy and Dan have got this party thing down packed. If you havent been to The freaky tiki you are definitely missing out.

A great party on so many levels, with a sexy vibe from the moment you walk through the door. From the bar and music to the pool and great food D&C our host are amazing. A don't pass up party location.

First timers to a Freaky Tiki Party and what a great time the wife and I had. C & D are such welcoming and fun hosts. They toured us through their amazing house and all the fun play rooms. Then we walked out into their stunning backyard. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Two amazing tiki lounge areas and a tiki bar on par with a restaurant bar. The party had a DJ, bartender, and delicious barbecue. If you get the opportunity to attend one of their parties don't pass it up. You will have an amazing time!

Always a good crowd, great music, amazing food, and lots of fun!

The Freaky Tiki never disappoints! I've been saying it since day one, it's the best pool party in South Florida!

With all the things happening in Miami this May weekend and the weather man trying to scare everyone with 100 rain chance! It rained in the morning, stopped at 11am, party started at 1and all the way up until 6 there was no rain and we partied like Rock Stars, Freaky Tiki Style

The weather threatened to dull the party atmosphere - was torrential downpour hours before the party, but the Tiki Gods said NO WAY JOSE! some may have stayed away due to weather, but the rest of us had a great day... was even glad it was overcast as it would have melted us otherwise. BTriple kept it all in order in the parking lot, Ricki Rock-It got the vibe going with the tunes, Brooks brought the succulent meats, and Calvin kept the drinks flowing. Fun was had by all, and we had a great mix of regulars and first timers. Dont miss your chance to join the next Freaky Tiki Party!!

Como siempre espectacular

Can't say enough good things about this event, the hosts Chrissy and Dan, and all the staff that brings this event together. From the home, the food, great vibes, and a great guest list its always a great event.

Let me tell you — when the Freaky Tiki throws a party, they don’t just meet expectations… they shatter them. Despite the chilly temps, nobody felt a single degree of cold thanks to 8 strategically placed space heaters keeping the entire vibe warm and welcoming. And the water? Oh, the water was perfection — a silky 86° pool and a jaw-dropping 104° hot tub that had guests melting into pure bliss. ♨️🏊 For the sports lovers in the room — and there were PLENTY — 9 TVs plus 2 massive projection screens meant there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. Every play, every moment, every reaction — felt. 📺🏈 It’s no mystery why South Florida’s Lifestyle community keeps coming back to the Freaky Tiki. This isn’t just a party… it’s a masterclass in hosting. They have taken the Lifestyle House Party experience and turned it into an absolute science. If you haven’t experienced a Freaky Tiki event yet, the question isn’t why — it’s what are you waiting for? 👀🌴

If you’re seeking quality events look no further! This power couple throws FIVE STAR events from the moment you drive up you’re greeted by a friendly parking attendant to guide you on the adjacent free parking lot, as you enter their upscale home, to the catered on site AMAZING food, to the bartender that remembers your drinks, the incredible DJ and ALL the incredibly beautiful people to make you feel right at home. We started attending their events as a couple and now I as a single unicorn always feeling safe and comfortable. Whether you are an experienced couple, new to the scene or just a single these events are well curated and above all extremely well executed with quality, fun people. FIVE STARS ⭐️

Crissy and Dan really work hard to make this happen and what a great time it was! Great setting and beautiful home. Thank ya'll for hosting! xoxo

D & C threw yet another amazing LS party at their private mansion, complete with delicious food, live DJ, live bartender, parking staff, entrance staff, etc. Just when you think you have been to the ultimate party, they raise the bar yet again! Everyone is so friendly and respectful. It is impossible not to have a great time at a Freaky Tiki party.

The party was amazing as usual. Beautiful and clean home… plenty of play areas. Delicious food and some really beautiful people

Another Amazing Party from the ASN Lifestyle Magazine 2025 New Lifestyle Business of the Year Winner - The Freaky Tiki!! The crowd was a great mix of all ages - and all experience levels - from newbies to seasoned! The hosts were amazing as always - he got your blood rushing by scaring you on your way in, and she kept the blood pumping for a totally different reason, and pumping to very specific parts of the anatomy!! LOL The food was delicious as usual, the DJ was rockin, and the Vibe was On Point! Did I mention the over-the-top decorations?? WOW!! Dont miss out next year, and between now and then, be sure to watch for the Sunday Funday parties throughout the year! You wont be disappointed! Best sexy LS fun in the South Florida area!!

What a great group of partyers, WOW! The costumes were off the chain! Food by Brooks (Dingo 1911) also excellent as always! We Partied til 4am which with fall back was until 5am!! Can’t wait til next Halloween

Absolutely amazing party and hosts. Amazing food, parking attendants, bartenders, grill masters, and party goers! Hosts make this the most fun and comfortable environment! Great play rooms, pool and hot tub. Lots of space and amazing guests who are all friendly, well vetted and kind.

I'm a regular at Dan & Chrissy's parties, and once again they wowed their guests. The attention to detail and atmosphere are top-notch. It's the best private location in South Florida. I recommend everyone to try them.

Dan and Chrissy are beyond generous opening their hugely amazing house to all of us strangers. The decorations were top shelf for Halloween and they could not have been nicer. Can’t wait to go back for their Super Bowl party and looking forward to many more years of supporting them. Centrally located in South Florida. Parking was really easy and it felt like a first class party all the way. Did I mention the smoked barbecue? Loved the free show in the master bedroom. So hot! 🥵

I always have a great time at their parties. DJ playing music, great food, sexy people, beautiful home and always welcoming. Can't go wrong. Another fantastic party.

Over the past five years, The Freaky Tiki has hosted countless incredible parties. That said, surpassing last night's Halloween extravaganza will be no easy feat. As a premier event group in SoFlo, they delivered in spades: stunning decorations, delectable food, and expansive, spotless playrooms set the stage, while the 120 guests absolutely owned the night with their jaw-dropping costumes.

Last night was truly amazing !! Beautiful upscale home, fright night theme decorated to the hilt to set the mood, classy welcooming hosts who managed the event in such a way that made the party one of the best lifestyle nights we've ever experienced. A sensational production on a picture perfect south Florida evening, great food, 3 large clean fun playrooms and a DJ extrodinare who had the place jumpin & rockin , top notch bar service, accommodating staff and ample parking. Thank you so much Dan & Chrissy for including Mona & I and making Haloweeen & Fright Night 2025 such a classy, fun and sexually memorable night celebrsting with so many of out lifestyle friends. Kudos !!

We had a great time meeting new couples, dancing. The women were sexy, no stuck ups. The music was banging, and the sex roons were awesome. One little thing tho, the room designated for couples only, was filled with a lot of single men.

Always an amazing party, great people, and the host are very welcoming!

The Freaky Tiki... Some say it's mystic You can't resist it You can't do without it ⚡️ It's electric ⚡️ Boogie woogie, woogie Thank you Dan & Chrissy et al.

What gracious and thoughtful hosts. I was hesitant with it being my first pool party but everyone was hospitable and highly respectful. Quality company and entertainment. Highly recommend.

The Luau party was awesome, great mix of people - al colors, all sizes, all vibes.... lots of newbies, too - so it makes for real fun! The hosts ROCK and ensure everyone has a great time, and all the support folks ensure it goes off without a hitch. The weather attempted to change the vibe, but didn't succeed, and fun was had inside and out - and the play rooms were rockin!! Don't miss an opportunity to come party with the FTP crew if you get the chance!!

2nd freaky tiki party and certainly not my last. Chrissy and Dan know how to throw a great party, from the theme to playrooms they’ve got it figured out. The guest are usually very fun and sexy so dont miss out on this party

From the time you arrive and park ( even a wonderful tour, since we were new), to fun party favors, a fantastic home with many play areas, a large pool with ample seating and shade, a bartender with all the mix-ins, and a incredible spread of food that was phenomenal. There wasn't anything missing...especially the fun and sexy people we partied with! Don't miss these parties!!!

Was my first party experience, really enjoyed the crowd as everyone was being respectful and fun at the same time. The hosts (Chrissy and Dan) were an outstanding couple, easy and lovely to deal with them, made everyone feel at home, and all I saw throughout the party laughs, excitement, fun games, well organized food and beverage vendors, and such amazing set up for playtime. My first party ever, and definitely will be joining these couple anytime they have an event happening. Cheers to you Chrissy and Dan!??

I was supposed to attend the Super Bowl party but couldn’t make it—so I was really happy I finally got to come for the Spring Fling! The atmosphere was electric. I met so many wonderful people and made a bunch of new friends. Everyone was so kind, gentle, caring, and just full of love. I introduced myself to everyone, and it was such a genuine joy connecting with everyone there. Dan and Chrissy, you’re truly a lovely couple. It’s so generous and special that you open up your beautiful home to host gatherings like this. It creates such a warm, welcoming space for people to come together and enjoy themselves. I had a really, really great time—thank you so much!

Even thought he rain tried to ruin the party, the Freaky Tiki delivered again!! Yes, it rained for the first 4hrs, but the Hosts still made it a great day, Calvin still poured great drinks at the bar, Brooks still served up THE BEST brisket in town, Branden weathered the storm and kept every one from getting mired in mud in the parking lot and DJ Keith kept the vibe! When the skies cleared, the fun kept going - and all had a great time. Cant wait for the next one!!

Hands down, the best variety of everything you would expect at lifestyle party! If you haven’t been to the freaky tiki, check it out!!!

Amazing people, place, and time. Thank you Dan & Chrissy and crew for creating an incredible atmosphere! Thanks for the "leap" :) Jim

This was our first party Freaky Tiki party, and we were amazed at how organized and comfortable the event was. The hosts were so nice and the gentleman directing cars to park, the gentleman manning the check-in table, and the bartender where all so professional and welcoming. We noticed they had support personnel handling trash collection and restocking things too. The food was phenomenal, and the control of headcount meant the party never felt crowded or unpleasant. Even the ratio of single men was good. This was an event with the logistics taken care off, allowing everyone to really enjoy themselves. And that says nothing of about how sexy everyone was! Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. We look forward to future parties! .

We had a great time at Chrissiys birthday pool party ?? thank you for the invite

Once again the Freaky Tiki doesn’t disappoint! They have the best partiers attending their events!

What an incredible party. The Freaky Tiki Party-ers just keep getting better! Everything is perfect from the pool to food to the play rooms. We had a blast. ?????

We went to our first Freaky Tiki pool party yesterday and it was a lot of fun! It was MUCH nicer than we expected, so, if you are on the fence about attending, just go ahead and give it a shot. The house was beautiful, in an upscale area/neighborhood, the back yard and pool area was huge and very nice. And private, can't see neighbors. We loved that they also had a bartender to make drinks (but you bring your own alcohol), the BBQ lunch was delicious, they had plenty of free water for hydration, the DJ played awesome music, and we got big laughs watching the poolside entertainment. You can drive if you want, but parking is limited, so we took an Uber. We loved the play rooms. They have 2 that are smaller bedrooms with a bed. Perfect for one or 2 couples and/or singles. And then the master bedroom is huge and is an open playroom. The only negative is that you can NOT shut nor lock a play room door (I'm sure the owners have a good reason for this). So here's what happened to us: we went to one of the small bedrooms, not the open playroom...but multiple people (not the owners) rudely burst in, multiple times, asking if they can join...right in the middle of us having sex with our friends...with their cell phones in their hands (making us wonder if they were taking videos of us???)...which we did not like (and, no, we were not in the open play room). So, in the future, we plan to just meet people there but probably not play there. But, I'm sure there are people who would love for a bunch of random strangers to come jump in bed with them...but that's not us. But, overall, other than the door policy, it was GREAT! The owners of the home were so gracious. You definitely should go and try it!!!

Freaky Tiki run one of the absolute best parties in all of Florida. From the food, the gracious (not to mention sexy) hosts, the many beautiful people, and the overall friendly vibe, you can't go wrong. Its become a destination party and worth a several hour drive.

First and foremost, the freaky tiki is ultimate Sunday funday you wanna be apart of. If you never been, then you gotta experience it yourself. There’s always something hott that’s bound to happen. And fellas, step it up for the sexy ladies that show up and show out!!

Chrissy and Danny out did themselves on this one. Great day, the music was thumping all day with a fantastic 80’s playlist. As usual the food was superior and there were a lot of new people that had a great time. Plenty of sexy playtime as well. A late afternoon of adult pool games added a lot of sexy fun for everyone as well. Leslie never miss a Freaky Tiki party and this one did not disappoint. If you are reading this review and have never been to the Freaky Tiki, make sure you give the next one a try.

Outstanding hosts at an outstanding venue!!We will be back!!

We had an absolute blast at the Freaky Tiki pool party! From start to finish, the event was a hit. Everything was so well organized, and you could really see the attention to detail everywhere. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space, and the parking attendant was super polite and helpful. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, Dan and Chrissy. They’re such gracious and friendly folks! Chrissy helped us understand the property layout, pointing out the playrooms, bathrooms, and even shared her favorite food recommendation with us. The property itself is stunning, and the food? Absolutely delicious! The DJ nailed it with the music, keeping it at the perfect volume for both dancing and chatting. We loved the raffles and games—they were a total blast and kept everyone entertained. The playrooms were buzzing with activity, and the pool was simply amazing. We met some fantastic people and the vibe was just perfect. We’re officially Freaky Tiki fans for life and can’t wait for their future events. Cheers to many more awesome parties!

Yes to SDC banner. More importantly we had an amazing time with sexy fun before during and after the game. The setup in the yard, the pool and the inside of the house made it easy to see and hear the game. Additionally, the food was spectacular as usual and there was plenty of it. Danny and Chrissy put in an enormous amount of creativity and work to make this party a success. Bravo to a job well! Thank you Danny and Chrissy. We love you

Freaky tiki is the best location with best hosts and people to have fun in south Florida truly amazing

The annual Super Bowl LVIII at the Freaky Tiki was truly amazing as always. Danny and Chrissy are awesome, gracious, and hospitable hosts. They are both very kind to open up their home and often makes sure that people are having a great time. The people, couples, and single gals are super hot, sexy, and fun to talk to, flirt, and play with. The food and drinks are plentiful and especially the BBQ, which is divine. I have thoroughly enjoyed all of the parties at the Freaky Tiki and I am grateful to have made a lot of cool lifestyle and vanilla friends there. Highly Recommend!!!

This was my first time at the Sexy Halloween Party and I brought my beautiful date. I will always be thankful and grateful to Chrissy and Danny for their graciousness and hospitality at their home and parties. I've been to four of their parties from Superbowl parties, birthdays, Pink Flamingo, New Year's Eve, etc. The parties are not only DTF, but also you get to meet so many amazing people (get this, by actually talking and having a great time flirting, Lol). I have gotten to know so many cool people and then talk to them all the time via texts and SDC. The warmth, friendliness, and pure fun nature of Chrissy and Danny's parties along with getting some hot, sexy, and erotic play action makes these parties simply the best in South Florida, and probably all of Florida.

Had a blast, the host and hostess both rock. Looking forward to the next one. I’m
