Description
We’re celebrating our founders 39th birthday with a full weekend LS mansion takeover by the lake in Frisco. This is a private, approval-only event for open-minded couples ready for a high-energy, sexy weekend.
The experience includes:
• Friday night mixer, games, jacuzzi, and night swim BATHING SUITS OPTIONAL!
• Saturday poolside brunch, topless pool party, catered dinner, and at night clothes come off, lingerie goes on or (off) and play time begins, complete with open play areas and semi private spaces!
• Sunday recovery breakfast and goodbyes
This event is BYOB, with group catering provided.
Contributions cover accommodations and meals.
Overnight stays include full event access non-overnight couples may join with a weekend pass.
Spaces are limited and all guests must be pre-approved. Expect a consent-first, lifestyle-friendly atmosphere where respect and discretion are non-negotiable.

Mutual Lifestyle Mansion Takeover
The house was incredible, music was jamming and everyone was so nice. We only wish we could have arrived sooner and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Hope to see everyone at the next party.

Our first Mutuallifestyle party
we just moved to the DFW area and came across the mutuallifestyle birthday mansion event so decided to check it. Long story short…we are so glad we did! The mansion was amazing and Anthony and team had every base covered. Communications were great and everything was so organized. We met so many beautiful and sexy people. The events were a perfect way to create an environment of collaboration. There was plenty of spicy action and we had an amazing time! Can’t wait to check out the next event. Happy birthday Anthony!
NYE party
We enjoyed the NYE party these guy’s threw. Kickass location and a great time! If you get the chance to attend one of their parties we highly recommend it!!
