BEST COUPLE AND BEST PARTIES!!!
Hands down the best party we have found in this area. Not only are Chrissy and Dan amazing hosts, but the go all out, above and beyond with the best decor, the best food, the best parking attendants, best bartender and best guests! The atmosphere is very fun and comfortable! As a female, I’ve never felt put off by any of the guests or single men, even better my boyfriend and I have found amazing couples to play with and befriend. Such a great group and party! Thank you guys so much for hosting and creating such a wonderful and safe environment for the kinky community!

We've been going to EYZ since 2004 when it was called Pleasure Palace, so many stories, best place ever in the State of Florida, every time we travel we try, to go at least one night....we truly love it!.

Best lifestyle club/resort in America hands down
My husband and I love this club so much it’s actually the reason we moved to Florida. We can work from any state but after visiting secrets multiple times there is just no where that compares. We try to go every weekend and have met so many wonderful people. That staff are all truly amazing too. A lot of great clubs in America but this one has it all (hotels on property, pool parties, hot tub parties, multiple outdoor and indoor bars, nightclub, very nice/clean playroom, extremely nice and clean dungeon, and also great food. Drinks are also cheaper than downtown. Can’t recommend more!

Masquerade Ball
This event was amazing, I met some many wonderful people. The ambiance was terrific, the DJ had the room rocking, and the hostess was magnificent and welcoming!!!! Also, the after party was definitely worth while!! Great group of people!!!

Sin 2025 was Amazing!
Well, the first full day of “recovery” has past. Although I feel I’m less at home than I was a few days ago. All I can say is Damn! It’s obvious Richard and Lauren get it. We started this journey of ours nearly 6 years ago. Room77 was the second podcast we listened to while trying to figure out our place in the lifestyle. It took a while to get all the pieces to fall into place to attend one of their events. This Sin was our second. We attended Flirt in February. Best lifestyle event we have ever attended. This is the event we now fantasize about, plan, and save for. The friends we've made at and because of Sin, Flirt, and Room77 are very special to us. None of which would have been possible without Richard and Lauren and the love and dedication they put into Rm77 and the events they host. They’re both currently reading this section and feeling embarrassed. Lauren might even be tearing up a bit. Don't. It should come as a comfort that people like us, who have searched for our place and our people, found them both with the two of you. James and I are planning to tell everyone we know and like that this is the place they need to be. Even if we can't. ❤️ Roxy and James

D2P Fest 2025
Our first event and first takeover, and it was so great!!! It was ran very well, everyone was so nice, and the vendors on Saturday were spot on!! We stayed on site and had so much fun all weekend.
