BEST COUPLE AND BEST PARTIES!!!
Hands down the best party we have found in this area. Not only are Chrissy and Dan amazing hosts, but the go all out, above and beyond with the best decor, the best food, the best parking attendants, best bartender and best guests! The atmosphere is very fun and comfortable! As a female, I’ve never felt put off by any of the guests or single men, even better my boyfriend and I have found amazing couples to play with and befriend. Such a great group and party! Thank you guys so much for hosting and creating such a wonderful and safe environment for the kinky community!

Sin 2025 was Amazing!
Well, the first full day of “recovery” has past. Although I feel I’m less at home than I was a few days ago. All I can say is Damn! It’s obvious Richard and Lauren get it. We started this journey of ours nearly 6 years ago. Room77 was the second podcast we listened to while trying to figure out our place in the lifestyle. It took a while to get all the pieces to fall into place to attend one of their events. This Sin was our second. We attended Flirt in February. Best lifestyle event we have ever attended. This is the event we now fantasize about, plan, and save for. The friends we've made at and because of Sin, Flirt, and Room77 are very special to us. None of which would have been possible without Richard and Lauren and the love and dedication they put into Rm77 and the events they host. They’re both currently reading this section and feeling embarrassed. Lauren might even be tearing up a bit. Don't. It should come as a comfort that people like us, who have searched for our place and our people, found them both with the two of you. James and I are planning to tell everyone we know and like that this is the place they need to be. Even if we can't. ❤️ Roxy and James

The life of the party!
As relative LS newbies, we were a little nervous about our first time visiting Rooftop. We're usually at clubs under the cover and confidence of darkness. But as soon as we got up to the roof last Sunday, the butterflies disappeared thanks to the inclusive, high energy party vibe these two created. It was nonstop fun as they played an awesome mix, got people up and dancing and even playfully encouraged a birthday girl in her birthday suit to keep living her best life. It's hard to put into words, but what they did was key to helping us feel more relaxed and comfortable - as if it was any other amazing party on a sunny South Florida Sunday. We loved every minute and immediately decided to come back and to check out their other events. Can't wait to see them again!

Flirt - Isla Mujeres 2025
We attended Flirt 2025 for our 1st LS vacation and L&R knocked it out of the park for us. We had such an amazing time meeting so many wonderful people. The work and coordination that went into this event was massive and it was evident because everything ran so smooth. We will definitely return for another event as soon as we can. We can't wait to see all of our sexy new friends again soon. This was a trip/event we will absolutely never forget.
