We had such an amazing time at The Freaky Tiki Fright Night! The vibe was sexy, fun, and full of great energy. The attention to detail was incredible, from the spooky decor to the lighting, food and music, everything was spot on. Dan & Chrissy truly know how to host a grand, unforgettable party experience. Another Amazing Party from the ASN Lifestyle Magazine 2025 New Lifestyle Business of the Year Winner - The Freaky Tiki!! The crowd was a great mix of all ages - and all experience levels - from newbies to seasoned! The hosts were amazing as always - he got your blood rushing by scaring you on your way in, and she kept the blood pumping for a totally different reason, and pumping to very specific parts of the anatomy!! LOL The food was delicious as usual, the DJ was rockin, and the Vibe was On Point! Did I mention the over-the-top decorations?? WOW!! Dont miss out next year, and between now and then, be sure to watch for the Sunday Funday parties throughout the year! You wont be disappointed! Best sexy LS fun in the South Florida area!!

What a great group of partyers, WOW! The costumes were off the chain! Food by Brooks (Dingo 1911) also excellent as always! We Partied til 4am which with fall back was until 5am!! Can’t wait til next Halloween

Absolutely amazing party and hosts. Amazing food, parking attendants, bartenders, grill masters, and party goers! Hosts make this the most fun and comfortable environment! Great play rooms, pool and hot tub. Lots of space and amazing guests who are all friendly, well vetted and kind.

Dan and Chrissy are beyond generous opening their hugely amazing house to all of us strangers. The decorations were top shelf for Halloween and they could not have been nicer. Can’t wait to go back for their Super Bowl party and looking forward to many more years of supporting them. Centrally located in South Florida. Parking was really easy and it felt like a first class party all the way. Did I mention the smoked barbecue? Loved the free show in the master bedroom. So hot! 🥵

As a premier event group in SoFlo, they delivered in spades: stunning decorations, delectable food, and expansive, spotless playrooms set the stage, while the 120 guests absolutely owned the night with their jaw-dropping costumes.

Noah and his team did an excellent job on last nights Halloween party. The mansion was huge and beautiful, music was good, parking was spacious, food was delicious, decorations were first class. We give them 5 stars for sure. And, the best part was the hundreds of smoking hot couples and singles.

Last night was truly amazing !! Beautiful upscale home, fright night theme decorated to the hilt to set the mood, classy welcooming hosts who managed the event in such a way that made the party one of the best lifestyle nights we've ever experienced. A sensational production on a picture perfect south Florida evening, great food, 3 large clean fun playrooms and a DJ extrodinare who had the place jumpin & rockin , top notch bar service, accommodating staff and ample parking. Thank you so much Dan & Chrissy for including Mona & I and making Haloweeen & Fright Night 2025 such a classy, fun and sexually memorable night celebrsting with so many of out lifestyle friends. Kudos !!

We had a great time meeting new couples, dancing. The women were sexy, no stuck ups. The music was banging, and the sex roons were awesome. One little thing tho, the room designated for couples only, was filled with a lot of single men.

This was our first event ever, even though we have played with others in the past and a very comfortable being nude in public. We have never been to any resorts or takeover parties, we came into the weekend with all the typical nerves and anxiousness anyone may have as a newbie.. That all was quickly dissolved when we were greeted with such a warm welcome and tour. It didn’t take long to make new friends either. The contact cards at the front desk are a great idea, however we were having so much fun we forgot to use them and are a little bummed we missed sharing contact info with our playmates in the VIP room. We would love to connect somehow with those wonderful people again. I/we were very impressed by the cleanliness, respect and consideration by everyone when it came to play time. We had a wonderful amazing experience. The comfort and welcome we felt was beyond anything we had ever felt before. The facilities and staff were friendly and helpful. The playroom was a bacchanalian delight fit for Rome. We pushed our boundaries in reaction to the sense of community and security facilitated by the organizers. We will go as often as circumstances allow.

First lifestyle, hotel takeover for us.D2P did an amazing job with us all weekend event. Everything was scheduled out well and communicated from leading up to it to during. There was even text messages with communication from the hotel and the promoters.Great work guys! Looking forward to next time

The venue was good. The atmosphere was ok. The music was just rough. During the day, by the pool, the music was way too loud. I would say read the room. If no one is dancing then either change the music or lower the volume. I think during the day it’s more of a meet and greet vibe, so a lower level on the volume would be more appropriate, unless however, if the DJ is vibing the crowd into dancing. Then, by all means keep the volume up. The dance ‘room’ was a good setup I felt, but again, the music on both nights were just difficult to dance too. The mixes were just so off beat day 1 that we had to just stop. Day 2 was a little better, but still just not enough for a great dance vibe. We spoke with several friends and many new friends who felt the same way, especially given that the DJ list was the main focus on the event posters/advertisement. Super good job on the vendor though. The IV infusion is a great idea and would definitely do that anytime for a 2 day event. -Dan

Very good party. Great crowd. Daytime and evening Djs were very good. The addition of the classy super clean port-o-potty trailer on the other aide of the Tiki hut bar by the firepits is fantastic and very welcome. Hope that is a permanent addition. Drinks and especially FOOD are also better than ever! Screens to order food from are great, but wish the screens would always be on when the kitchen is open, please ? It’s really nice to see Secrets just get better and better with upgrades and improvements over the years!
