Disappointed

Didn’t feel like an LS or even an adult event with young kids swimming around the pool. Also, we pre paid for the tickets and found out it was free for hotel guests

Agree, no excuses, and come to find out it was the DJ’s kids. We have taken steps and have had conversations regarding this. We were not happy about this as well, and we are so very sorry for your experience. Please message me separately, and we will get you a full refund. All I ask is that you give us another chance to win you over. Matthew

Music Volume.

Music was a little loud. I lost my voice trying to talk over it. It was a good crowd though.

Thank you for the honest feedback! We completely agree, we both lost our voices by the end of the event trying to talk over the music. We’re really glad you enjoyed the crowd and the overall atmosphere, but we also want our guests to be able to socialize comfortably. We’ll definitely be having a conversation with our entertainment team to find a better balance between great music and making it easy for everyone to connect. We appreciate you helping us make each DV Social event even better, an
