We have been attending Friction parties for two years now. Nothing comes close! The people are top notch, and the parties are well organized. The hotel venues are always top-tier and the parties are a blast. We tried not to miss any of our local Friction parties, and love traveling out of state.

I thought it was great. Actually tried the water Mellon fix. Except I blend it and freeze enough for the week so that I can drink it in the go. After about a week I could see a difference in getting hard also happened to do blood work for a doctor's appointment and my cholesterol and triglycerides are lower and in range now thank you for the tip

First, THANK YOU! for doing this! The audio was hard to hear. There were times it was muffled and we missed some parts that we regretted. The video was perfect the whole time, no lag. Maybe it's not worth it as I see only 25 folks were listening, but narrowing in on age groups might be nice. I know my wife at 30 and my wife at 50+ have much different challenges. There were some items suggested that would be awesome if you linked them during the video. Just my 2 cents!

I thought there was a lot of great information. There is a couple of things I will try over the next couple of weeks to see how well they work on me everyone is different and do not have the same results

Very insightful and informative. Some things I knew via word of mouth but hear an actual professional confirm those methods was refreshing. I even learned some new methods I will be trying out in the near future i.e. yellow watermelons.
