Super Sexperience is Going to be Superb!
Super Sexperience 2019 had been one of the most anticipated events of the year, so we headed out for a site inspection of our brand-new resort in Mexico, and we were completely blown away.
Touchdown in Paradise
Cancún International Airport, the airport of choice, was as busy as ever. Once we got out of the terminal, we didn't let the local vendors pull us into long and pointless timeshare presentations, we smiled politely and kept it moving.
The warm embrace of Cancun welcomed us as we scanned the sea of transfer bus signs. To our delight, the resort was only a short 10-15 minute drive away. A palm-tree-lined road led us to what felt like a mirage of a resort, and as we walked in, the breathtakingly azure Caribbean Sea practically greeted us.
With no neighboring resorts to distract from the view, the property offered a modern, airy vibe with impressive attention to detail.
Hello, Tropical Playground
The resort was brand new and nearly complete, with just a few finishing touches and last-minute details still in progress.
It featured two massive pools, both fully stocked with loungers. The beach out front was spacious and perfect for topless sunbathing, with a variety of cabanas available for rent.
After a quick check-in, we stepped into rooms that still carried that fresh, just-built scent. King beds dressed in crisp white linens and cool polished floors made it instantly inviting.
Suite Dreams
It was clear you couldn't go wrong with any room. Since all accommodations were suites, there was plenty of space to relax and recharge. The showers were spacious and well-designed.
Stepping onto the balcony revealed a pleasant surprise... each one came equipped with a hot tub Jacuzzi.
And the swim-up suites below? Let's just say they were not hard to envy.
Relax, Recharge, Repeat
We toured the spa, a beautiful zen-inspired space infused with elements of nature and subltle Arabian design touches.
It featured water therapy rooms, individual treatment spaces, and a stunning salon ready to handle all beauty needs.
In the evenings, five restaurants welcomed us with menus designed for sharing. Each had its own vibe and flavor, and naturally, we wanted to try everything. Moving from one restaurant to another, sampling as much as possible, we were not disappointed!
Being adventurous definitely paid off. The service and hospitality were beyond attentive, honestly a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Why Everyone Fell in Love with Super Sexperience
Food lovers had plenty to enjoy: from breakfast and lunch buffets to fresh sashimi at the Asian restaurant and perfectly cooked skirt steak at the Mexican Steakhouse. Everything was worth trying. Reservations were recommended for á la carte restaurants, as they filled up quickly, but the buffets were also a great option for a more casual bite.
At the back of the hotel, a special viewing deck overlooked untouched mangroves, offering stunning sunset views. It was the perfect reminder to slow down and enjoy the moment. Guests also gathered around the beach bonfire in the evenings, which added another layer of charm to the experience.
