We recently spent a weekend at Sandy Bottoms and were blown away by how much we enjoyed it. We left already planning our next visit! The resort is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very well maintained. The private lake, beach, pool, hot tub, and Y dock give everyone plenty of space to relax, swim, sunbathe, or socialize. The whole property does a great job of maintaining a natural, secluded atmosphere. What really stood out was the people. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. There was a great mix of ages, couples, and experience levels. The atmosphere was social and flirty while still feeling relaxed and respectful. The themed events were also a highlight. Both the '70s party and glow party had people going all out with costumes, makeup, and body paint, and the pool and hot tub became the social hub afterward. For anyone curious about Sandy Bottoms but hesitant because there isn't much information online: we'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. We had an incredible weekend and can't wait to go back!

We had an ABSOLUTE BLAST at the Tiki Party! 🌺🍹🔥 Mark and Judy were absolutely amazing hosts and truly know how to create a magical, fun, and unforgettable experience. The energy, the vibe, and all the little details made this party so special! We had an incredible time meeting so many amazing couples, making new friends, laughing, dancing, and enjoying every moment. ❤️ We are officially FANS of the HeatWave parties! 🔥☀️ Every event gets better and better, and we definitely won’t be missing any of them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely amazing event from beginning to end! The hosts did an incredible job creating a fun, welcoming, and unforgettable atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and the energy all weekend was simply incredible. We had an amazing time, loved being part of the Room Crawl, and met so many wonderful people. A special thank you not only to the organizers but also to everyone who attended—it's the amazing community and positive vibes that truly make an event like this so special. We had a phenomenal time! The venue was very welcoming, clean and most importantly fun! Security and staff made us feel super comfortable and safe. This was our first takeover and it definitely set the bar high!

This was our 2nd Heatwavers event and it did not disappoint! We only went on Saturday night and the music was fantastic! My husband and I danced so much. The fire show was amazing! We didn’t realize there were play rooms upstairs until late when some of our friends told us about them and we enjoyed them too although they were mostly empty when we checked them out. I liked the bdsm room behind the dance floor and I wanted to try the swing but I felt like it wasn’t secluded enough. Overall 10/10. Thank you for an awesome event! 😘😘😘

This was only our 2nd hotel takeover and it was a blast. It was very nice having it be a whole hotel takeover. The hotel rooms were very nice also. The proprietor 😉 definitely put a lot of thought and money into this party. All the branded equipment did help immerse yourself into the heatwave. The entertainment was great and the production value was super high. We were surprised to find out how new the company was for how well done everything was. What a weekend! From inflatables, jello wrestling, midnight brunch, live performers and amazing dancers! This takeover was phenomenal!! Did not think it could get better after the last one...and then it did!! You guys just keep out doing yourselves!! I cannot wait for the next event 😘🫦😈

We had a great time at the Heatwavers hotel takeover. The vibes were great and the atmosphere was full of sexy people. The room crawl was definitely the best we have seen in the lifestyle. I would definitely recommend attending one of their events.

HEATWAVE FANTASY CARNIVAL was our first event with Mark, Judy, and their team, and we were truly impressed! The event was well organized, welcoming, and filled with great energy. We had a wonderful time reconnecting with longtime friends, spending more time with people we’ve known for years, and meeting so many amazing new people. A huge thank-you to the entire team for all the work that went into creating such a fun and memorable experience. We are so glad we attended and would happily join another Heatwave event in the future.

Just when you think Mark and Judy have outdone themselves they take it to a whole new level! These guys know how to throw an event! There is never a dual moment at these and the events are filled with ways to engage and get people involved so everyone has a great time. The entertainment, activities, and atmosphere (including all the sexy people) is what everyone looks for all rolled into one. They bring what we’re all looking for to SWF. Heatwate This was our first party with this group, we been to many adult parties around the world, heatwave's event was a first class party a truly an adult playground. The activities, decorations, entrainment music was first class. The nightclub was truly like being part a world class circus, almost surreal. Great people with a great vibe and amazing energy. My wife and attended both night parties. We wish we would have stayed the night. Both nights were so incredibly fun. The theme for the parties was spot on. Met some great people, and the DJ was amazing. We cannot wait til the next party. The people that had there rooms decorated, wow so much fun and the ideas they had for their themes amazing!! We loved every minute of it and cannot wait to be part of many more. Thanks some much for a great time!

Heatwave exceeded every expectation. This was our first event with Heatwave, and after attending adult lifestyle events around the world, we can honestly say this was one of the very best. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into a first-class adult playground. The décor was stunning, the entertainment was spectacular, the music kept the energy alive, and the nightclub had the excitement and elegance of a world-class circus. Most of all, it was the people who made the experience unforgettable—attractive, friendly, respectful, and full of positive energy. The chemistry, the atmosphere, and the vibe were simply electric. This was our 1st take over and we met some nice folks and had a good time. We were testing the water to see what goes on so we just kinda walked around and watched. We are planning on attending another event soon and should be prepared for what goes on. All in all it was a good time and a lot to take in.
